The Twilight Impulse

My thoughts and impressions of the Twilight Saga, written by the fabulous Stephenie Meyer

Name:

Hey, I'm a massive Twilight Fan, and thanks to my friends being fed up with having to listern to my non-stop chattering about Twilight, i decided to create a blog for myself to just vent and document my twilight obsession!! I'm current studying journalism and have aspiration to become one, so why not write about something as awesome as the Twilight Saga!!

Inserted scenes in Eclipse

When David Slade was asked how he is going to make Eclipse his own, he answered that its going to be more subjective and have allot more POV than Bella's. I'm not sure how much of the film is going to be from different perspectives. From what i know already, Eclipse opens with a human Riley being attacked and turned. Which, obviously is set in Seattle so Bella doesn't have a clue. It's a high impact sequence which is designed to engage the audience and make them ask questions about who is attacking these innocent people. That is definitely going to make more guys want to see it or at least just be interested in it when their girlfriends drag them along. It wouldn't surprise me if there were more Victoria attacking human scenes. Also, there is some scene where Victoria is seducing Riley. So, I'm speculating there is going to be quite a bit. This is reinforced by the fact that Bryce Dallas Howard and Xavier Samuel were in Vancouver for so long. I think it would be interesting to see scenes of the Cullen's and the Quileute wolves without Bella around. As much as i hope they stick straight to the book, but Kristen Stewart and Bella just infuriate me so much!! So, it might be refreshing to see something else, rather than just what Bella sees. As much as i don;t like to admit it, Twilight has just the perfect amount of thing added in it that wasn't in the book, with James, Victoria and Laurent. However, I'm positive that Eclipse is going to have so much more. Like David inserting the action from the newborns battle, and maybe even the Volturi approaching in one of Alice's vision while they are fighting. I just hope that David Slade doesn't get carried away and forgets that Bella is the protagonist and its about her. Please, don't stuff it up!!! Trying to be positive here, but I'm just nervous.
