BREAKING DAWN HAS STARTED PRODUCTION! Im SO excited right now!! :) The cast is in Baton Rouge, Louisiana for production. I know they are not going to be there the entire time but some of the filming is taking place there. The only people who i have are Ashley, Nikki, Kellan, Jackson, Rob, Taylor and Kristen. I'm so excited!! Hopefully we will start getting pictures, interviews and all other press releases from Summit!! I can't believe they are filming the last Twilight film!! Wow...it's has gone by quick but i'm still DYING to see it!!

Summit release the casting decisions for the amazon coven, the egyptian coven, the irish coven, the romanian coven, the american nomads, and the europeaon nomads!! This is exciting...Breaking Dawn is getting close to beging production, all of this casting information is being released!! :) It's so exciting to be getting news!!

In the Amazon coven:

Tracey Heggins is Senna - She is a smaller actress and i havnt seen anything she had been in (even though i recognise Brothers and Sister), she is really beautiful!! I can totally imagine her being part of the amazon coven. Tracey is going to look incredible when her hair and make-up are done, with her costume on and the contacts!! :) I'm happy with Summit's casting of Senna.

Judi Shekoni is Zafrina - I was always really excited about Zafrina because i think that she is one of the most interesting, and outstanding of the smaller vampires in Breaking Dawn. Renesmee has a special realtionship with her, so i'd like to see if or how that is portrayed on screen. Along with Tracey, Judi is really beautiful!! Like really...these Twilight films are really bad for my self-esteen because everyone is so beautful!!

The Egypitian coven:

Omar Metwally is Amun - To be honest, i don't remember who Amun is. LOL What a bad twihard i am!! Anyway, i really like Omar! It's awesome to know that Summit hired Omar because he is egyptian just like Amun is!! I don't know if that played into his advantage or not, but it's just a fun little fact. Once again, i have not seen anything Moar has been in, so i'm assuming that Summit are choosing not very well known actors which is awesome becasue it will launch their carear and will help the audience suspend their disbelief.

Andrea Gabriel is Kebi - I can't remeber who Kebi is either...i think i need to read Breaking Dawn again to refresh my memory because these smaller characters were only in it briefly and there were SO many of them in a short period of time. So, it was hard to remember them. Andrea is SO gorgeous!! Seriously, i bet she was a model at one point in her life, or could have been she is THAT gorgeous!! She is most known for LOST. I've never been a big fan of LOST but she is more famous than the others.

Rami Malek is Benjamin - When i was reading, i imagined Benjamin a lot younger than Rami. For some reason i can't remember, i thought that Benjamin was supposed to be about 16 or 17. I love Benjamin as a character with a SUPER cool power. He can control the elements which is really awesome power to have. But, Rami is really cute and i'd imagine that he would play a good Benjamin. I have faith in Summit so i must respect their casting decision.

Angela Sarafyan is Tia - It's really sad but i can't remember who Tia is :( I really gotta re-read Breaking Dawn. Wow, Angela is really...different looking. She can look beautiful in some pictures, and very strange in others. I'm sure the hair and make-up will make her look super beautiful because vampires are supposed to be. I'm kinda unsure about her but i don't wanna judge her harshy when i havnt even seen her act.

The Irish Coven:

Marlane Barnes is Maggie - I vaguley remember Maggie in Breaking Dawn and Marlane is super adorable. I don't know how old she is but i would be guessing about 16. She is really adorable and i can see her playing a vampire. :) I'm really happy with her being cast as Maggie. BTW, she would have made an amazing Jessica physically...but i still LOVE Anna Kendrick's performance.

Lisa Howard is Siobhan - I can't really remember who Siobhan is but Lisa is pretty so i'm guessing that she fits the description. She has been in a lot of movies, tv series etc but i havnt seen any of them. I think that Siobhan is going to be a mother figure because she looks a lot older than all of the other vampires.

Patrick Brennan is Liam - I can't remember who Liam is. I REALLY need to read Breaking Dawn again. Considering Breaking Dawn wasnt my favourite, and i've been so busy with school i have not had time. Patrick is alright...i don't really have a strong opinion on him right now. I suppose he'll do. It's only a small role but i guess Summit released them becasue the fans are so hardcore about Twilight and all of the characters despite how small they are. He's alright.

The Romanian Coven:

Noel Fisher is Vladimir - OMG i LOVE Vladimir!! He is seriously awesome!!! :) I'm so glad that Melissa Rosenberg didnt cut him from Breaking Dawn. However, considering Stephenie Meyer is a producer on Breaking Dawn, i don't think she'd let that happen. Plus, Vladimir and Stefan are going to be useful tools for comic relief when it's so serious about everyone dying. I like Noel...i think he looks super innocent and youthful that he will be super scary and awesome when he is a vampire.

Guri Weinberg is Stefan - I'm so excited for Vladimir and Stefan to be depicted on screen. However, it's going to be two years untill we see them on screen in Breaking Dawn part 2. I think that Guri is a good choice for Stefan and he has actally been in some films i've heard of. Guri was in that awful tv show Burn Notice and he was in You Don't Mess With The Zohan with Adam Sandler, and lastly Munich with Eric Bana, Geoffrey Rush and Daniel Craig. I'm really excited to see him act and just overall the depiction of these two. They kinda remind me of Rosencrantz and Guilderstern from Shakespeare's Hamlet.

The American Nomads:

Lee Pace is Garrett - I don't know what i think about Lee being Garrett. I hope he had the acting chops to pull it off because Garrett is really uncomfortable and looses it. I'm not familar with Lee's work although he has been in The Good Shepard, and the recent animation Maraduke. I'm excited to see him as Garrett is a really complex and interesting character. I get the feeling that many of these characters won't get much screen time just because of time contraints. That would be a shame but i suppose that these characters are not that important to focus lots of time on.

Mary - Toni Trucks is Mary - I just gotta say she is SO beautiful!!! I have not seen anything she has been in but she has been in a few popular movies. She was in the tv series Veronica Mars that i used to watch and she was in Music and Lyrics with Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore. I'm really happy with Toni's casting even if i don't remember who Mary is. I can't wait to see her portrayal of Mary though.

Randall - Bill Tangradi is Randall - I briefly remember Randall. But wow, Bill has been in a lot of tv series. He has been in Law and Order, Without A Trace, Criminal Minds, Medium, Numb3rs, Castle and The Good Wife. He hasnt done a lot of bigger project but he sure has done the tv circuit. I'm excited to see him as Randall because i'm just excited for every character, no matter how small they are.

Erik Odom is Peter - I wasnt sure if Peter was going to be included because he wasnt even mentioned in Eclipse when Peter and Charlotte were first introduced in the books. However, it doesnt matter that they were added in late just like Harry, Sue, Leah and Seth Clearwater were. I really like Erik...he is really cute!! I can imagine he'd make a gorgeous vampire. He hasnt been in much, but i don't think Summit would just hire anyone.

Valorie Curry is Charlotte - Wow, Valorie is a lot different to what i thought Charlotte was going to be. I thought that Charlotte would have long gorgeous hair and be very femine but fierce at the same time. She hated the vampire wars and ran away with Peter, so i thought she would be very caring as a newborn vampire. However, Valorie is gorgeous, and they may just put a wig on her like they did with some of the other actors such as Edi Gathegi, Taylor Lautner, Michael Sheen and Kristen Stewart. I'm excited to see how she will act :)

The European Nomads:

Alistair - Joe Anderson - Wow...he is really cute and plus, he is British :) He is going to be an awesome Alistair. I don't really remember much about Alistair but i think he was the vampire who freaked out and ran off before the Volturi showed up. I really need to read Breaking Dawn again. Well, at least the last half of it. Joe is really cute, and i'm an really excited about his performance. He had done some theater where he performed Shakespeare. Anything to do with Shakespeare completley wins me over...so i'm happy with Joe being Alistair.

Overall, i'm pretty happy with the casting decision. I tried not to be too harsh as i don't want to judge them before i even see them in costume and their acting. But, just based on the pictures on IMDB, i'm pretty happy. I'm so excited that Breaking Dawn is really happening :) We only have to wait just over a year for Part One!! I'm super excited!! :) As much as i'm dying to see it...i'm glad it far away because Breaking Dawn is the last book, and when it's over i don't know what i'll do. But anyway, I'm excited :) Thanks Summit for releasing this :) All the fans really appreciate it.

Denali Coven Has Been Cast!!! :)

The Denali's have been cast!! :) YES!! Finally some Breaking Dawn cast information!! So, Eleazar is Christian Camargo, Tanya is Myanna Buring, Kate is Casey LaBow, Carmen is Mia Maestro, and Irnia is Maggie Grace, which we already knew.

Christian Camargo - The most well-known films Christian has been in are The Picture of Dorian Gray, Dexter (he probably knows Melissa Rosenberg), and The Hurt Locker!! Wow...even though he hasn’t been in much...The Hurt Locker?? Oscar nominated film last year!!! So, I’m thinking that Christian is going to be a very good actor. I don't remember him in The Hurt Locker...but it's an incredible movie! I have a good feeling about Christian....I just want to find out what his personality is like. Whether he has a personality more like Peter Facinelli or Rob Pattinson. Interesting.

Myanna Buring - She hasn’t really been in anything, apart from a small role in Midsummer Murders. Since she is Swedish I’m guessing that all of those projects are from Sweden or a just really unknown US films. I'm not too happy about Myanna being cast as Tanya. I picture Tanya will long strawberry blond curls, kinda like Taylor Swift’s hair, and a models body. Of course that's impossible because they need an actress who can act but I imagined someone totally different. She was supposed to be other love interest for Edward, and Bella noticed that she was gorgeous. Myanna is pretty but not gorgeous. However, with the right hair stylist, make-up and wardrobe...I may be totally wrong...but right now I’m not really happy with Summits choice.

Casey LaBow - Casey has only been in two movies I know, a small role on CSI: New York and she was in a small indie film called Skateland, and I have only heard of that because Ashley Greene was in it. I'm not too sure of her acting capabilities, but I’m guessing that Ashley might have suggested her to Summit for a role. That's just my speculating, but it's possible. I think she would be a good Kate...but I don't want to judge yet, because she may be an awful actress or a really great one. I will wait until I see her performance. Also, she looks a bit like a blonde Rachelle.

Mia Maestro - The only thing I know of that Mia has done is Alias, which wasn’t a very good show. It wasn’t her fault; I just didn’t enjoy the story line at all. Anyway, I’m not sure about her acting ability, but she is beautiful. I totally imagined Carmen looking like that. Her hair was a little big different, but close enough. I'm really excited to see what she looks like in her costume because I think she is almost perfect for Carmen.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with the casting by Bill Condon. I'm trying to be objective because the actors are obviously not going to look like they do now during the filming Breaking Dawn. There is going to be hair, make-up, contacts, costumes and then of course, their acting. I'm trying to remain open-minded. I remember when I was upset about some things Summit did, but they turned out to be great; like hiring Chris Weitz and David Slade to direct. I trust Summit know what they are doing, and I’m sure they are not going to do anything to piss of the fans. I'm pretty confident and I can't wait to see their performances next year!!

Ohhh, hurry up Breaking Dawn!!!

Renesmee cast????

There have been rumours going around that Summit is making a deal with Mackenzie Foy for the role of Renesmee.

I have been worried for some time about how they are going to create Renesmee. That's been one of my biggest concerns. I'm hoping that they will combine both a human girl and CGI to make Renesmee and it looks like that is what they are going to do.

Anyway, i really think that Mackenzie would be a super cute Renesmee. Of course, they are going to have to dye her hair, curl it, and digitally change the colour of her eyes (i don't know if the little one will be able to use contacts) to make her perfect.

Plus, for Renesmee when she is really little...i think they are just going to take Mackenzie's face and use CGI to make her younger. I don't know if Summit are going to use it, but the technology that was used for Benjamin Button would be great for Renesmee. I mean, they made Brad Pitt look 80 years old and then look like a newborn baby.

I have the idea that in the film, Summit might make Renesmee grow faster than she did in the book, just for visual purposes because she is going to be so hard to capture without looking fake, or cheesy. I'm really hoping they do a good job. However, considering Summit have over 2 year to work on Renesmee, i think she will turn out well.

Hoping for the best...but i have faith in Summit. They have not disappointed the fans before.

Maggie Grace cast as Irina!!!

Maggie Grace has been cast as Irina!!!! I know Irina isn’t really a big role, and she does end up dying, but she plays a pivotal component to the plot. Without Irina, the Volturi would have never known about Renesmee and not cause the massive climatic scene at the end of Breaking Dawn.

Maggie is really pretty, so physically i can see her as Irina. However, i've never seen her in anything. The most popular show she appeared in was Lost. So, i'm just hoping she is a good actor. I don't think Summit would employ a bad actor, but they did hire Kristen Stewart. I'm not going to judge her before i see her act, so i guess i'll have to wait until Breaking Dawn Part 1 comes out.

Overall, i'm pretty happy with Maggie. Now, the next question is: Who will be Tanya? I'm dying to know who they are going to get to play the woman interested in Edward. This is going to be interesting. I'd be really upset if they cut Tanya, but i don't think they will. Stephenie Meyer is a producer, and Summit know if they cut fan-favourite characters, they Twilight fan will be upset!!

SO EXCITED FOR BREAKING DAWN!!! :)

Breaking Dawn filming schedule and Eclipse DVD release

I have not blogged in a while, because there has literally been no Twilight news since the release of Eclipse!! But, now we got something :) The Breaking Dawn filming schedule!!! This is from a reliable source, Gossip Cop...They are reporting that Breaking Dawn is going to be filmed in the beginning of November up until March 15. I'm pretty happy with that because it is two movies...so they are going to have to cram allot in. But, i think they can handle it. Tight schedules should be a norm on the Twilight movies!! :) Oh, and i just found out that Eclipse will be on DVD early November sometime...so i'm happy to see that so soon!! :) I wonder what extra's we are going to get!! :) I hope that David Slade is generous with what he puts on.

I know that this is criticising Twilight, but i found this really interesting. As much as i love the saga, i totally agree with everything they're saying. This is USA Today's article:

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is at the top of the box office, but as teenage heroine Bella Swan moves inevitably toward marriage with a vampire, some wonder if she's such an exemplary role model for the girls who follow her adventures in the hugely popular books and movies.

It's a rerun of an old debate: Can pop culture — books, movies, music — influence the behavior of impressionable teenagers, and in the case of Bella, is that a good thing or a bad thing?

REVIEW: 'Eclipse' is fairly anemic.

And, for that matter, are teens really all that impressionable? After all, they've been reading Romeo and Juliet for 400 years.

Bella, for the few who have avoided the Twilight tidal wave, is a teenager who's so in love with an undead guy that she's ready to give up everything to be turned into a vampire so they can spend eternity together. Adding some urgency to the situation is the fact that Edward Cullen, her vampire love, is reluctant to have sex outside the bonds of matrimony.

Christine Seifert, a communications professor at Westminster College in Salt Lake City who has studied Twilight online message boards and fan fiction sites, says that the saga is strongly Mormon in tone and that a subset of Mormon culture prefers that girls marry young and start families. She says the abstinence message is so strong it could be labeled "abstinence porn," designed to convince teens that sexual self-denial is actually sexy. Will it work?

The author of the Twilight books, Stephenie Meyer, is a devout Mormon who says about Bella on her website: "I never meant for her fictional choices to be a model for anyone else's real-life choices."

Nevertheless, the three movies so far and the four books in print make some parents nervous about whether the saga is appropriate for younger teens, even aside from the vampires. Twilight, it should be noted, was No. 5 on the 2009 list of books challenged or banned from schools and libraries, according to the American Library Association.

'Virtuous' messages

Kristy Campbell of Marin County, Calif., a non-Mormon mother of five and a columnist for Mommytracked.com, says she won't let her 9-year-old read the books but she's OK with her 17-year-old doing so, as long as Mom and Dad help explain "the fiction in the fiction." She worries that Twilight over-romanticizes teen sex and marriage, creating unrealistic expectations.

"I'd like to see Edward and Bella one year into their teen marriage living in their parents' basement with a screaming toddler, no college plans, working at a 7-Eleven and wondering where the fun went," she says

Kathryn Darden, a Christian freelance writer on arts and entertainment for several online publications who has written about Twilight, says there are some "virtuous" messages in the saga, but "I've never recommended it for (unsupervised) teens — it needs to be read by parents and discussed first."

Amy Best, an associate professor of sociology at Virginia's George Mason University who studies teens and popular culture, says adults do tend to get "a bit panicky" when teenagers invest too much in a particular character, and there's a long list of characters who have been "troublesome" on some level. But she says the "emulation model" is not followed by all teens, even the obsessed ones.

"We should recognize that teens develop complicated relationships to media and for some it may inspire a particular trajectory for action, but for others it's also an opportunity to work through ideas," she says. "Listen to them and don't assume what messages teens are drawing from" Twilight or any other book or movie.

Indeed, ask teens if they take Twilight seriously enough to imitate Bella and eyes roll. Hello, there are vampires involved; of course it's make-believe!

"It's kind of a special situation — it's a fantasy novel," says Michelle Pan, patiently, calling from summer camp. She's 17, founder of a popular website, BellaAndEdward.com (about 300,000 hits a month) and the author of a new book of fan talk, Bella Should Have Dumped Edward: Controversial Views & Debates on the Twilight Series. "I don't think (fans) will be influenced; for most readers, there's a clear distinction that this is fantasy and separate from their real life."

The fans who gab about Twilight on Pan's website and in her book are more interested in discussing such questions as, "Would the series be as intriguing if Bella picked Jacob (the werewolf) over Edward?" and "Which vampire special talent is most useful?" They also discuss the creepiness of "imprinting," which is what Meyer says happens when shape-shifters such as werewolves encounter the person they're destined to be with.

The adult spokeswoman for Pan's publisher, Karma Bennett of Ulysses Press, isn't so sure she likes the idea of a man choosing his life partner with just a glance, and some of the fans in Pan's book agree. But others have no problem with it. One girl, identified as Dayi, 19, of Georgia, even says she wishes everyone could be imprinted because it would make finding a soul mate easier and might curb the wayward behavior of men.

Melissa Click, a communications professor at the University of Missouri and co-author of a new book about the fans, Bitten by Twilight: Youth Culture, Media, & the Vampire Franchise, says the media have treated Twihard teens shabbily, making fun of them and wringing hands over the intensity of their love for Twilight. But she says the teens she has interviewed are savvy and not so easily manipulated.

"They're smart, and to assume they can't decode messages is itself an anti-feminist message," Click says. Critics who complain that Twihard teens are "out of control, aren't they stupid, gosh, we need to protect them — well, they don't say that about Iron Man fans."

The faithful are divided

But even some of Meyer's fellow Mormons aren't thrilled about Twilight: Deseret Books, a Salt Lake-based Mormon church-affiliated chain of 38 bookstores throughout the West, removed the books from store shelves last year at the request of customers, although the books are still available by special order, says spokeswoman Gail Halladay.

"Many of our customers were upset and felt it was not appropriate content for the targeted audience," she says. "We needed to accommodate our customers. It was a business decision."

Meanwhile, conservative Christian organizations that sought to ban the Harry Potter books because they're about wizards and witches are divided about criticizing Twilight.

Roberta Combs, president of the Christian Coalition of America, which called for a ban on the Potter series, says she's considering a similar campaign against Twilight because even though it's pro-abstinence, it's also pro-vampires.

She says vampires are definitely not good role models, and she blames Hollywood.

"We can let our voices be heard, and anytime you do that you have an effect one way or another," Combs says. "These Twilight books are very disturbing books for family values. Teen marriage is not the standard, but the part that is more troubling is the vampire. It's just not normal for young people to idolize a vampire."

Says Gordon Robertson, CEO of the Christian Broadcasting Network, which condemned Harry Potter for fear that the books would inspire young people to try casting spells: "Rather than prohibit access, use it as a talking point" with your teens.

Twilight has questionable stuff (such as Edward's stalkerish behavior toward Bella), Robertson says, but it's mostly harmless "romantic escapism" that teens are smart enough to put in context with the help of parents.

Darden says one reason for the division is that witches are specifically condemned in the Bible, while vampires are not even mentioned. Still, "many Christian readers shy away from things that are demonic, and (they think) vampires are demon," she says.

But Darden defends the suitability of at least the first Twilight book for older teens (with parental guidance) because its themes are "faith-based," and the characters talk a lot about their souls.

"Edward refuses to turn Bella (into a vampire) because he's concerned about her salvation, he thinks being a vampire is equivalent to being damned," she says. "He puts her well-being above all else, and that's a strong positive message. Teen culture is too often getting the opposite message from Hollywood."

Not everyone relates
Not every young woman yearns for a vampire of her own.
Jenn Petti, 26, who works at a hotel in Colorado Springs, has read all the books and saw the first movie. She thinks Bella is pretty lame.
"How is her being a role model even up for debate?" Petti scoffs.

Bella is "co-dependent," willing to abandon her friends to be with "an immortal sparkly male," Petty says. (Meyer's vampires have skin that sparkles like diamonds in the sunlight). "She has no sense of self and only sees her worth as Edward's girlfriend, which is why when he breaks up with her, she spends almost the entire second book moping."

Petti says teen girls may aspire to the kind of relationship Bella has with Edward, but she's not convinced they'll run off and get married and start making babies too young.

"Girls relate to the fantasy," she says. "It speaks to that part in most girls of wanting to be a princess, wanting something crazy and magical to happen.""

It's so interesting...

MY ECLIPSE REVIEW

OMG, I just got back from seeing Eclipse!!!! :) SO happy right now!!!!! It's about time I saw it. Eclipse was released on Thursday, and I had to wait until Tuesday. Anyway, I finally saw it :) Now I can actually use the internet. However, there were these annoying girls sitting right behind us, and they wouldn’t shut up. Seriously, they were literally having conversations while everyone was trying to watch the film. Man, I almost got up and told them to shut up, or get out. How rude and disrespectful. But other than that, ECLIPSE WAS SO MUCH BETTER THAN TWILIGHT AND NEW MOON!!! OMG!!

Firstly, the score was beautiful!! Howard Shore, you lived up to my expectations. Alexandre Desplat composed a gorgeous score for New Moon, and Howard Shore stood beside him and delivered a great score. I can’t say enough about it because I honestly loved it. I can't give an in-depth review because I have only heard it once, but I really did love it.

Javier, the cinematographer, well done!!! Visually Eclipse was stunning. The gorgeous shots of the landscape were obvious of Javier's skill, as well as David's. I loved the flashback scenes. Wow, the scenery was incredible. Rosalie’s, Jasper’s and the Quileute legends scenes were really awesome. It was nice to see more of the Cullen’s, and understand why they are the way are. One of my favourite shots was when Jacob was carrying Bella up the mountain, and the camera zooms up to show how steep it is. LOVED IT!! Also, no disgusting colour tint over the lens. Yes!!!

The make-up was significant improved from New Moon, except for Jane. I think that Bella was actually wearing eyeliner, and mascara. Yay!! Edward's lips didn’t look that bad....and I love the vampire’s skin. It looked hard as rock, which is how it's supposed to be. However, I didn’t like how they did Jane's eyes in Eclipse. I thought they were better in New Moon. But, other than that, it improved significantly.

The costumes were so much better than New Moon. For one, Bella wasn't depressed and actually dressed herself well, which was awesome. But generally the clothes were so much better, particularly Alice. I LOVED her jacket when she was telling Charlie about Bella's sleepover with her. The flashback scenes were awesome costuming. I LOVED Jasper's Major's outfit (major swoon) and Rosalie's coat with all of her 40s clothing. Awesome.

I really liked all of the stuff that was added into the film, like Riley's transformation, Victoria seducing and manipulating Riley, the Volturi being aware of the newborns, the Cullen’s chasing Victoria in the woods etc. It was really cool to get away from Bella, and to see more action, violence, and drama than Bella being torn between two guys. It just give Eclipse much more depth, and would make guys like it much more because it isn’t just a romance.

The action sequences were friggin awesome!! Seriously, they were cool. I was impressed by Robert Pattinson job with fighting Bryce Dallas' Howard, because Rob isn’t co-ordinated, or athletic at all. So, it was nice to see him do something, and not have it look stupid or cheesy like Twilight. Also, the fighting sequences were really well shot, and I can imagine the effort and training that all of the cast put in. Nikki Reed said she wanted to die because it was so painful, and I can see how much it must have taken to get that, because it looks incredible.

Now, onto the bad. The wigs'. Ewwww still. I mean Jackson Rathbone's wig?? Seriously, who picked that wig, because it makes Jackson look pretty bad. He kinda pulls it off, but it is just a bad wig. Sometimes, Kristens' wig looked good, and then sometimes it looked bad. I suppose it has to do with how her hair was. I remember she had a top-knot and it look awful, but when she had it down, it looked fine. Oh well, don't have to worry about that for Breaking Dawn, as Kristen's hair would have grown back.

Also, the acting. Arghhh, Kristen still got on my nerves but she was better than she was in New Moon. Taylor's acting was good, it's just that his voice isn’t very deep and intimidating so it can made him humorous when he is trying to be angry because it’s ironic. With Robert, I think he did a better than he did in the entire series, but still it was pretty bad. However, I was extremely impressed with Jackson Rathbone. I think he was the stand out in the film, by far. Good job, Jackson.

Taylor kept talking about how he thought Eclipse was funny, but I was expecting it to be funnier than it was. I mean, it was funny, but I thought there would be more humour than there actually was. Plus, there were a few other issues I had with it, like Jessica being valedictorian (umm no it’s supposed to be smart Eric, not stupid Jessica). I expected Charlie to be funnier than he was, because he was hilarious in Twilight and New Moon.

Overall, Eclipse was pretty good, and I think it's the best so far. Now, I’m just dying to see what David Slade puts on the DVD. I was disappointed that he isn't going to be recording a commentary, but I hope that Kristen, Taylor, and Robert record one anyway. But I don't think that is going to happen. I know that David cut the scene with Angela and Bella addressing graduation cards, so I hope it makes it onto the DVD, along with some bloopers. I'm dying to see Eclipse again :) Thanks David. I think you did a great job. There weren't many cheesy lines at all!! YAY!!! :D

Eclipse made $121M in first three days

The Hollywood Insider is reporting that Eclipse has made just over $121 on it's third day!!! Wow, that's incredible. I know i said that i would stay off the internet untill i saw Eclipse, however i've only been going on site i know that won't post spoliers, and only facts about Eclipse. I am going officially tomorrow :P I'll post my review when i get back :D

Awwww, I'm so upset right now!! Millions of people in America are have just finished watching Eclipse, or are still watching it!! :( Australia doesnt have it released for another 7 hours!!!

I'm literally refusing to read any reviews or even fan reviews, as i want to form my own opinion, and not be influenced by others.

I'm going to TUESDAY!!! FKING TUESDAY!!! Cause me and all of my friends are in university, we are broke from rent, food, school, etc so we are going on cheap tuesday, well because it's cheap. That's almost a week after Eclipse is released. Good on them for buying the tickets and not telling me!!!

This is BAD, because Eclipse comes out on Thursday, so EVERY hardcore fan, like myself would have seen it, but ME! Arghhh, oh well. I'm gonna have to stay off the internet for 7 days. So, i'm posting this then getting off for a week. OMG, kill me.

I will probably end up considering ditching them, and seeing the movie without them knowing. Oh well, i planned on seeing it twice anyway.

Wow, these are stills from Mark Cotta Vaz's movie companion. Wow, these are INCREDIBLE!!! SO excited!!!!

Edwards room when he bought Bella the golden bed. His room looks exactly how i imaged it would look. I'm also impressed with the set, becasuse this is a rebuilt replica of the old house. I hope that Bella is pissed off with him buying the bed, just like she was in the book.

This is obviously the scene where Bella tries to seduce Edward, while he proposes to her, and she finally accepts. I loved that chapter in the book, so i hope its just a good on screen.

This is obviously one of the most anticipated scenes in the film; the tent scene. Taylor's favourite scene. You cant really see much, but it's almost how i conjured it. I'm really, really excited for this scene. :)

Still the scene where Bella tries to seduce Edward. I'm sure all of the little girls are going to have screaming fits in the cinema. LOL

I don't have a clue what this is. I don't think its a still from the film, but it just might be David Slade's brainstorming wall or something.

I'm almost positive that this is the flashforward scene shown during Bella and Jacob's kiss if she chose him. I'm really excited to see how Bella's life would be if she chose Jake. Also, i wanna see Billy and Charlie when they are old. :) That's going to be so awesome. I think they are at Bella's place with those orange things off of the windows that some one took last year. Awww, they look so happy.

This is obviously Bella, Alice, and Edward's graduation party. I love how Alice decorated it. It looks incredible. I'm glad that the Cullens house looks identical to the one used in Twilight. It was obvious the difference from Twilight to New Moon. However, Eclipse has incorporated both. I'm so excited for this scene. So much happens and it's so tense. Love it!!

The bonfire :) I'm so excited for this scene. In the book i got kinda confused because of all the unusual and foreign names that Stephenie used in the legends. So, i'm sure it's going to be amazing in the film when i can identify characters by their face rather than names i'm not used it. It's going to be crazy. Plus, its strange to see all of the wolves in clothes lol.

Aww, Jaspers flashback. This is going to be seriously cool. However, i imagined this scene to be set on a dusty road, not a lake. Oh well, it's still really cool. I really hope that Jackson Rathbone accentuates his southern accent, because its so sexy. It will just make me melt in the cinema. I can wait to see Jasper explain this to Bella because it will give his character more depth. Jasper hasnt been a huge part, however now he opens up this whole violent newborn vampire world. :) Seriously awesome.

I think that this is right after Bella and Jacob's kiss.

OMG, this is going to be the hottest kiss ever. I hope its really passionate because it's the way she cant kiss Edward. Like, really kiss. She can do that with Jacob, so it needs to be so much more than Edward's kisses. Except, i don't like that Bella is standing on a raised platform, making her way taller than Jake. Other than that, i'm excited to see this scene in action. :D

Lucie, Nettie and Maria. They are exactly how i imagned them to be. They all look perfect. I can totally see how they made Jasper come over to help them.

This is a picture of behind the scene filming the battle scene between Riley, Seth, Victoria, Edward and Bella. This better be a cool scene, because it's gotta live up to the Cullens and wolves vs. the newborns, which is going to be an awesome fight sequence.

I think this is Edward burning Riley and Victoria. I think that he feels guilty for killing them, even though they were attacking them. I love that, because it shows that Carlisle compassion is rubbing off on everyone else in the Cullens family.

I'm not sure when this is. You cant really see what they are wearing, or anything in the background to judge the scene.

Awwww, Bella and Edward in her bedroom. This is where Bella asks Edward why he wont change her. I don't really know when this is placed in the film, as we have only seen short snippits in the trailers and tv spots.

I didnt know that this was going to be in the film, but now i've got some pictures of the werewolves legends, i'm excited for it. :)

Ohhh, this is Rosalies flashback. This must be where she is raped and beaten. She has got on a warm coat, and hat, as if she was walking home from Vera's. She doesnt look happy either. I'm so excited for this scene because it shows that Rosalie cares enough for Bella to warn her about the choice she is making and warning her that she wouldnt choose this life. It explains that Rosalie isnt just some bitch for no reason, but she has suffered serious tramua and his bitter because she is living a life she never wanted.

This set is awesome. It must have taken a lot of work to built that. I supposed its better because the weather conditions were crazy for Twilight, and sometimes for New Moon. So, having a set you have peace of mind that you can shoot regardless of the weather.

This must be the scene that Taylor was talking about where Rob shoves him, and Taylor has to look him in the eye and tell him that he is hotter than he is. I'm sure that is going to get a few laughs in the audience. I'm so excited for the tent scene. This is one of my favourties in the entire saga, so it will be nice to see it on the screen.

Ohh, this is the scene right after Jacob kisses Bella, and Edward gets all up in his grill. Everyone has already seen this scene, because it was released already. I forgot where, but i'm excited for it. I love that Charlie is coming to break it up, just like he did in the book.

Victoria and Riley. Wow, Riley looks like he is really into Victoria. Which i'm glad because he was being manipulated. However, i don't feel anymore sympathy for Riley after reading "The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner, and discovering he killed Diago, and lied to Bree about it. Stupid Riley.

Awww, Rosalie and Royce. I'm really looking forward to this scene. I know that Nikki Reed is a good actor, so i'm waiting to be blown away by her portrayal of Rosalie as a human when she was happy and not bitchy and bitter all the time.

This still is similar to one we have seen before. It's just the fight between Riley, Victoria, Seth, Edward and Bella.

I love that they have included which wolves are which to pictures of the wolf pack :P Nice little reference to see who is who.

I'm super excited, because from the looks of it, every part of Eclipse has been covered!!

1. Riley - This obviously the opening sequence when Riley is human, and he is being chased and turned into a vampire by Victoria in the rain. This scene is going to be awesome because it automatically sets up a threat right from the very beginning! Me being the media and literature nerd i am, it's an excellent narrative device because an opening sequence sets up the expectations, themes, and ideas that are going to be explored through-out the film. It poses questions to the audiece that creates intrest by teasing the audiences curiosity about what is going to happen through-out the rest of the film. It's evidently going to be an action sequence, so the guys are going to be more interested from the beginning of the film. :)

2. Compromise/Bella's Theme - I'm sure that this theme is going to be played through-out the film because it's Bella's Theme. I'm not sure but i think that it's going to be incorporated like Edward and Jacob's theme was in New Moon. It'll be interesting to see what Howard Shore does with it, and how he uses Bella's theme through-out the film to convey the emotions that she is feeling.

3. Bella Truck/Florida - I'm not sure what the truck part is, but this song is going to be played when Bella goes to visit Renee is Florida. I'm not sure if Edward comes as well, but i hope he does because that's the way it was in the books. I'm excited to see more interaction between Bella and Renee, so that the people who havnt read the books can get a better grasp of their relationship.

4. Victoria - I know that David Slade has added some scene in with Victoria, like Chris Weitz did in New Moon. Although, i'm sure that Victoria is going to have a much larger part in Eclipse. There has been a lot added in Victoria changing Riley, Victoria seducing Riley, the Newborns, Bree. All of those are obviously going to play a much larger part than they did in the books. I'm just glad that everyone gets to read "The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner" before Eclipse comes out. So that we understand, and it's not too out of the blue for these to be added in.

5. Imprinting - This is going to be played when Jacob tries to explain the Bella what imprinting is. I really hope that Melissa Rosenberg and David Slade didnt make it sound really perverted or creapy. If it's done wrong, i can see how it could be considered as child paedophilia. I really hope that it's explained well, and that it can be pulled off well. Also, i hope that Quil's relationship will Claire is there, so that you can visually see that Quil is in no way romantically attracted to her.

6. The Cullens Plan - I'm not sure what this is refering to, but i think it's the plan for Bella to be changed after graduation by Carlisle. It that or when Cullen deciding to go to Seattle themselves to stop the newborns attracting attention, and then have the Voltrui come down. I can't be sure because i havnt see n the film yet, but i'm super excited to see more of the Cullens. We hardly saw them at all in Twilight and New Moon. I've been anticipating seeing more of them in Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. :)

7. First Kiss- LOL this is going to be Jacob's first kiss!! This is going to be funny!!! Jacob kisses Bella, and then she gets so mad that she punches him in the face!! I really hope that Kristen and Taylor act really well in this scene because it's will make or break this scene. I'm excited for this. I was laughing out loud when i read Eclipse for the first time. I wonder what this song is going to sound like....hmmmm.

8. Rosalie - I'm really excited for Rosalie's flashback scene. It gives the audience the opportunity to understand Rosalie better, and to know why she is the ways that she is. Plus, i think that Jack Huston who plays Royce King the second, is really gorgeous!!! It's also good to see that Rosalie sincerely cares for Bella, and that she doesnt want her to give up a life that she could have, like Rosalie was made to.

9. Decisions, Decisions... - I think this is going to be be when the Victoria knows that Alice only see vision when a decision has been made. I remember a part in the book where Alice cant see what they are doing because they havnt made a decision yet. I'm sure this scene is just going to be Alice, Bella, Edward and all of the other Cullens talking or something about the newborns in the living room of their house.

10. They're Coming Here - This is obviously refering to the Newborns coming to Forks. I think that this is going to be during the graduation party. That is when Alice has her vision and goes off to discuss it with the Cullens. Unless it has been changed in the film, i'm pretty sure that is when it's going to happen. I'm excited for this scene, because it's awesome to see Alice decorated everything, and all of the humans there having a party! Sweet!!

11. Jacob Black - I'm not sure where this is going to be. I'm also not sure if it's Jacob's Theme that we got on the soundtrack, or if it's a different song all together. I'm sure it's got Jacob's theme incorporated within it somewhere, but it's difficult to tell because there isnt much to go from .I'm just purely speculating here. Although, the Jacob's Theme that we did hear already, i love it!! :)

12. Jasper - I'm SO excited for Jasper's flashback!! I'm hoping that is seriously cool and violent! Having the war, and then the vampire wars of the south!! It's going to be seriously cool!1 I really hope that Jackson Rathbone accentuates his southern accent because Jasper's accent would've been really strong them. Wow, i'm so excited for this. I really hope that Jaspers wig grows on me, because i really don't like it at the moment. I'm curious to see how they are going to show Jaspers' battle scars, if they choose to show them at all.

13. Wolf Scent - I think this song is going to be played when Jasper is teaching the Cullens and the Wolves how to fight off the nrwborn vampires. This is going to be such a cool scene. I remember the wolves wanting to smell all of the Cullens so they don't accidentally hurt one of them, thinking they are a newborn. I'm excited to see the connection between Bella and Jacob in his wolf form. Apparantly, Bella patts Jacob's fur and scrathes his ears and everything. Awww, so adorable.

14. Mountain Peek - I think that this is going to be played when Jacob is carrying Bella up the mountain, and while they are hiding out. I'm SO excited for the tent scene. It is probably the most anticipated scene in the entire film. I don't think thats a generalisation. I'm sure everyone is excited because that was such a great scene in the books. I really hope the dialogue is great, as well as the acting and the music.

15. This Kiss - i have high expectations for this kiss. It better be bloody passionate!! I want to see some serious, harcore, violent, passionate action here!!! I want this kiss to put the Twilight fans passion to shame!! I know that David Slade shot some flashforward scene with Bella imagining her life if she chose Jacob. That's going to be so cute seeing Billy, Charlie, Jacob, Bella and their children together (If David Slade had children in the scene). Awwww, super adorable!! I'm excited for this kiss scene, because it should display Jacob's desire for Bella. It should be super passionate because she loses herself in this kiss they way she cant with Edward.

16. The Battle/ Victoria vs. Edward - THIS BETTER BE SOME SUPER COOL ACTION MUSIC!!! This is going to be an AMAZING scene!!! I'm excited to see some action, and not as much sappiness that was in Twilight. I know the entire cast trained like crazy for this one scene, so i have a feeling that it's going to be super hardcore and insense!

17. Jane - The Volturi's visit!! I'm excited for this because Dakota Fanning is an incredible actress and she was one of the stand out performers in New Moon, even though she was only in it for about 5 minutes. I'm excited to see how the Voltrui act with all of the Cullens there, and when they are outside of their lair. I'm sure it's going to be fabulous.

18. Easy As Breathing - OMG!!! I'm going to cry SO much during this scene!!! This is obviously when Bella goes to Jacob's and he is all broken, hurt and vulneralble lying in his bed. I'm pretty sure that is the scene, because a line from the books, is that Jacob tells Bella if she chose him, their relationship would be so perfect, and right, that they wouldnt even have to work at it. That it would be so effortless, like breathing. I'm paraphrasing here, but you get the idea. I'm going to ball my eyes out.

19. Wedding Plans - I think the title says it all. Edward and Bella discussing their wedding plans. I'm assuming the date, and when Bella is going to be changed etc. It's going to be a really cute conclusion to Eclipse. I hope they added Alice in there talking about the wedding, and what Alice is usually like over planning any event.

I'm really excited for Howard Shores' Score, however i don't think i'm going to buy it before i see the film. If i play all of the tracks before, and listen to them, during the film, i'll be constantly picking out that track is there, and this track is there. I think it would be better to sit down and watching the film, and feel the emotions the songs are trying to convey without overthinking where every song starts, ends and is placed. You know? I know that may not make sense to anyone, but it does to me. Other than that. I'm excited for Eclipse. I just can't say it enough!! :)

My Eclipse Soundtrack Review

Summit was kind enough to let everyone listen to the Eclipse Soundtrack before it was released!! Awww, how sweet!! So, the entire album was uploaded to the official soundtrack site, and it's going to remain there for 24 hours!! :) That's awesome, so everyone can hear it before they buy it!! I'm SO happy with the soundtrack at the moment. I've already expressed my love for Muses' single, so i'll just give my mini review on the rest of the soundtrack. By the way, i typed this last night at 2-3am, so it may not be that well written.

ECLIPSE SOUNDTRACK!!!

Eclipse (All Yours) by Metric – I LOVE IT!!! I don’t usually like music like that, but really like this song. I think it fits perfectly the tone of Eclipse, and I can imagine this song in the film. They did a good job with continuity because the songs from New Moon and Eclipse all fit together. I SO LOVE THIS SONG!!! The vocals are beautiful and it makes me want to sing along!! :)

Neutron Star Collision (Love is Forever) by Muse – I already did I write up about how much I love this song!! I have a new found love for Muse now! I used to think they were just ok, and the only song I liked was “Super Massive Blackhole”. However, I’ve only recently started liking “Uprising”, “Resistance” and “Undisclosed Desires”. Now, after “Neutron Star Collision” was released, I bough Muses’ latest album “The Resistance.” I’m glad I did, because I like it.

Ours by The Bravery – OMG, I LOVE THIS SONG!!!! I’ve never heard of these guys before, but I’m loving this song. Great melody, great lyrics, I love the chord progression and the vocals. It’s dark and solemn and at the same time it has a great beat that makes you want to bop along. LOVE <33 It’s very indie rock, and I LOVE it!!! Probably one of my favourites on the entire Eclipse Soundtrack.

Heavy in Your Arms by Florence and the Machine – OK, I don’t like this song. I can see how it might fit a particular scene, but I wouldn’t listen to this on my Ipod or anything. It’s just not my taste in music. I’ve heard of them before, and their song “You’ve got the Love” is ok, and I don’t mind listening to it on the radio, but I didn’t buy it. I guess I just don’t like their music. I wasn’t too excited to hear that they were possibly on the soundtrack. Not crazy about this song.

My Love by Sia – I have high expectations considering one of my favourite songs is by Sia. It’s called Breathe Me, so I’m hoping high for this. OK, WOW!!! I love it already and it’s only been 50 seconds in. Beautiful song. Lovely piano and vocals. I just love listening to solo acoustic piano, vocals, and strings. They sound gorgeous together. I really LOVE this song. I would listen to this in my car or doing homework or something. <33 Heart it, totally!! It's going to be one of my favourites, i can tell.

Atlas by Fanfarlo – It’s ok, I don’t hate it and I don’t love it. I can see it being in Eclipse though. I’m sure it fits the movie perfectly; however it’s just meh for me at the moment. Maybe just because I just got my mind blown by Sia. However, I may change my mind when I see Eclipse and can place the song with a particular scene. It changed the may I saw the New Moon soundtrack. Half of those song i though where meh, but after seeing them in New Moon i really started to like them more.

Chop and Change by The Black Keys – Ok, I’m liking this. It’s very downbeat, and funky. Very classic rhythm and blues. It could even pass as blues/jazz, although it doesn’t have any brass, or woodwind instruments. Although, I do like this. I don’t love it, but I do like it. I’m sure it will grow on me the more I listen to it. This is just my first time around and its 2am.

Rolling In On A Burning Tire by The Dead Weather – I don’t know if it’s because I’m so tried, but does this sound a bit like Chop and Change by The Black Keys?? There is just a little riff of a melody that sounds like it. I listen again in the morning, to see, because it might just be because I’m tired. This track is ok, I don’t like it but I don’t hate it. I wouldn’t listen to it but I’m sure it’s fine in Eclipse.

Let’s Get Lost by Beck and Bat for Lashes – I’m not sure what to think of this. It’s alright, but a few of the other songs are a lot better. Well, in my opinion. I can totally see this being played in the background when Bella is trying to seduce Edward in his bedroom, in the chapter “Compromise”. I don’t know why, but that’s what the beat and the lyrics sound like. Oh well, we’ll soon find out!! ;)

Jonathan Low by Vampire Weekend – I’m not feeling this song. Don’t know why. I’ve only recently heard of Vampire Weekend, as one of my roommates loves them, and I don’t really like them. I’ve listened to their music, and it’s ok, but not good enough in my honest opinion for me to listen and buy their music. Its just a meh band for me. Nothing really stands out a great, or good. It's just meh.

With You In My Head by UNKLE – I don’t like this song either. It sounds really weird, and science-fiction like. I’m just not crazy about the vocals, the melody, the key, or the tone. I know that it will probably fit a montage, or in the background of a cool chase or fight scene. It will fit well within a film perspective, but I just wouldn’t listen to this song because I like it.

A Million Miles an Hour by Eastern Conference Champions - I like this. It’s really indie rock, which I love. It’s got that kind of beat that you can just slowly groove to. It’s pretty cool. Although, I cant understand any of the vocals. I like the deep base guitar rhythm and the slow building of the song towards the climax and the little cadence at the end. Pretty sweet.

Life On Earth by Band Of Horses – OK, I LOVE THIS SONG!!!!! Beautiful guitar at the very beginning. Love the gorgeous soft vocals that chime in at the begging, and slowly change into the lyrics of the songs. Very haunting, and it kinda reminds me of Coldplay. They have that very slow, hauntingly beautiful sound with the guitar, the piano and the vocals. I really like this song! :)

What Part Of Forever by Cee Lo Green – I LOVE THIS!!! It’s very up beat, boppy, and very feel good compared to all of the other songs. I like having this on the soundtrack because it is so needed. The Eclipse soundtrack would be too depressing without a few songs like this. It kinda reminds me of The Violet Hour by Sea Wolf on the New Moon Soundtrack. I like this song. 

Jacob’s Theme by Howard Shore OMG!!! Jacob’s Theme is SO sad!!! Beautiful piano!! I LOVE IT!!! It’s going to be SO heartbreaking in Eclipse. Taylor Lautner’s acting made me so sad in New Moon. Especially with all of that emotion that Taylor Lautner convey’s through just his eyes. OMG, I’m seriously going to cry when Bella tells Jacob that she doesn’t want him, and ditches him when he is all broken and vulnerable in his bed. OMG!! Tear!! I LOVE Howard Shore, right now!! I have a feeling that he is going to live up to Alexandre Desplat. I'm totally getting the sheet music so i can play it on my piano!! <33

The Lines by Battles – It’s ok. I don’t like it, but I don’t hate it. It’s just something that I wouldn’t listen to. It’s not as commercialised as Twilight soundtrack was. Not in a bad way, but I’m just saying that these songs would never get played on the air if they weren’t of the Eclipse Soundtrack. I’m sure it fits the film, but I just don’t think it’s the greatest to listen to by themselves.

How Can You Swallow So Much Sleep by Bombay Bicycle Club – I like this song. I don’t love it, but I like it. It’s more upbeat, and it’s not in a minor key, so it’s not as depressing. I like the beat of the drums, although I’m not sure about the short melody of the electronic keyboard. That’s a little too year 7 music class when all of the kids were playing around with the pre-programmed beats, and melodies on the keyboards. Other than that, I like it.

Atlas (The Time and Space Machine Rem) by Fanfarlo – This is a remix of the original Atlas song. I LOVE the beginning of this. It just reminds me of the music from Hawaii. So, whenever I hear it I just imagine sitting on a beach, with hula girls in grass skirts and coconuts are handing everyone tropical cocktails. I think I like this version better than the original. Why would they have two of the same on the soundtrack?? I don’t know. Maybe one is in the film, and the other is in the credits. I’m not sure, but I like this one better. Wow, it goes for a long time though. Its at 5 minutes, and it’s still going.

What Part Of Forever by Cee Lo Green (Johan Hugo Remix) – There must be a few remixes on the end as bonus from buying it from ITunes or something. I liked this song before, so I’m sure I’m going to like this. I like that they have extras and stuff, but I’m curious to see if these are just bonuses or if they are actually going to be in the film or not. It’s confusing because some of the songs on the New Moon soundtrack weren’t in the actual film. Oh well, I’ll find out July 1st.

Overall, this soundtrack is quite impressive. There are only a few songs i don't like, and a couple that were meh. My favourites are Eclipse (All Yours) by Metric, Ours by The Bravery, Neutron Star Collision (Love is Forever) by Muse, My Love by Sia, Life on Earth by Band of Horses and Jacob's Theme by Howard Shore. I think that they did a good job selecting songs, and i'm sure that some of the others will grow on me once i've seen Eclipse!! :) I CAN'T WAIT!! THERES ONLY APROX 28 DAYS UNTILL IT'S RELEASED!!! :D

Kellan and Ashley's Breaking Dawn Agreements

I totally take back what i said about not believing that Kellan and Ashley were holding back signing on for Breaking Dawn because they wanted bigger pay packets. This was actually true. I'm so disappointed in them because i thought that they were bigger people than that. I didnt think that a sum of money would be so important to them to try to manipulate the situation get more money out of Summit. I mean, they act so much less than Rob, Kristen and Taylor, so of course they are going to get a smaller amount of money. But i have no sympathy for these people who are cracking it because they only get 2 million dollars for a few months worth of acting. I'm sorry but i'm a university student who lives on a bare minimum, and is racking up thousands of dollars in debt for my schooling, and they are winging becuase they want a few extra million dollars. I'm sorry, but that is just horrible.

Rob, Kristen and Taylor presenting Eclipse Clip at MTV Movie Awards!

Kristen, Robert and Taylor are going to be presenting at the MTV Movie Awards on June 6. That's not even the most exciting thing. They are there to present an official never before seen clip from Eclipse!! I'm so excited!!! I wonder what clip it's going to be. I'm excited to see however i hope it's not too much of a spoiler, like when Jake kisses Bella (both times), or the tent scene, or even the compromise chapter. On another note, I really hope that the cast win all of the awards that they are nominated for, and i'm super psyched to see all of the interviews that the cast give on the red carpet. I hope that Rob, Kristen and Taylor walk the red carpet, and that the other cast show up too. I love it when Peter, Michael, Kellan, Ashley, Christian, Nikki, Jackson, Alex, Chaske, Dakota, Charlie, and all of the other cast show up too. They give good interviews, and it's nice to see the cast as an entireity. :) Super excited!! Hope they win!!!

Breaking Dawn Two Films...

Entertainment Weekly is reporting that Breaking Dawn is officially going to be two films. Although, this hasn't been confirmed by Summit. However, i think that this will be true, because i can't think of a legitimate reason that Summit wouldn't do it. They will end up making a much larger profit from Breaking Dawn being two films, rather than one. Stephenie Meyer (who is now a producer) and Melissa Rosenberg both want it to be two films. The majority of the fans want Breaking Dawn to be two films. So, why wouldnt Summit give everyone what they want? Well, that's just my logic! I really hope that Summit distribute a press release with an official confirmation of the two films. Although, that may not happen as Summit didn't even inform everyone that Breaking Dawn was even greenlit. The first we heard of anything was that Bill Condon was going to direct. Anyway, I'm babbling. I hope it's two films, but thats just my opinion. GO BREAKING DAWN!!

New Stills from Eclipse!! OMG!!

Well, these aren't real stills...these are BETTER!!! They are a preview of the trading cards from the Eclipse Board game!! That is really awesome, because it's got a picture of a scene and a quote to go with it! :) I'm SO excited right now i can barely contain myself! These are SO many of them, I'm only going to talk about the one that were previewed on the Twifans website.

Ok, the first card is off Riley! He is looking over his shoulder in the rain at night, fear evident on his face, and the quote is : "What do you want with me?" Also at the top of the card, it says scene one. So, obviously, this is the opening sequence when Victoria is going to scare, and change Riley into a vampire. I'm super excited to see this because it's going to make Eclipse that much more exciting with all of the action and newborns inserted in other than EVERYTHNG from Bella's (annoying) perspective.

Next, is Bella and Edward lying in the meadow! It's almost the same picture that we have seen before, and at the top it says scene 2! Although, the Riley card said scene 1 and it is scene 1, i don't know about this being scene two. Anyway, the quote is Edward saying "Will you Marry Me?" and Bella says "No". So he asks "Marry Me?" again and Bella replies "Change Me." So, i kinda expected this in Eclipse. Edward not wanting to change Bella, but wanting to marry her. Of couse, Bella's keeping her strong opposition to marrage and desperately wanting to be a vampire.

The next card is Bella and Edward at the police station. I can tell from the Forks Police Station in the background. I'm guessing that the quote is from Edward and he says: "Seattle. Unexplained disappearances, killings - we've been tracking it for a while". When he says "we" I'm assuming he talking about the Cullens, particullarly Alice. I'm excited about this because it posses a threat in the film ,which turns out to be the newborn vampires. That will make it much more interesting to watch because the newborns just plain rock!

Jacob is on the next card. It is obviously at La Push. because you can see Jacob's garage in the background. He looks angry, which totally goes with the quote below. Jacob says: "And you're gonna be - that...Better you were really dead than one of them". I LOVE this quote, because its from the book. It's paraphrased a little, but what can you expect when it's a film adaptation. I'm really excited for this scene and i hope that Taylor Lautner can pull off the anger in his voice better than he did for New Moon.

Ok, the next one is Alice look very sad, at what i would imagine being Bella's graduation party, as you can see the decorations in the background. The quote which is below the picture is: "The decision's been made...They're coming here." She is talking about the Newborns. That totally fits with the book because Alice does have her vision during the graduation party. Also, I've seen a picture of the set at Bella's graduation party at the Cullens, and that circular floating light behind Alice were eferywhere in the Cullens House. This is exciting because i love the intense stand off between the wolves and the Cullens during this scene. Also, it's when Jake gives Bella her bracelet. Awww.

The next card is also of Jacob, but this is when he comes to Bella and Edward school to warn Edward about the treaty. I must say, he looks gorgeous here. The quote is from Jacob and Edward. Jacob says: "I might be better for her than you are" and Edward replies: "You could give her a human life." I really hope that this scene is really intense, and serious because that's how it was in the book. I'm really hoping that David Slade put in that all of the other students were afraid of Jacob, and were avoiding him as much as possible while trying to walk past him. THAT would be seriously awesome!

Jeez, the next one is Jake again!! OMFG, this scene is going to make me cry!! It seriously is going to be so heartbreakingly sad. It's the scene where Jacob is all broken in bed, with bandages and plaster everywhere to help fix his injuries from the newborn fight. Bella is sitting next to Jacob with the intention to end their relationship! OMG, It's so going to be sad. The quotes are: Jacob says: "Least i know i did evetything i could". Then Bella says "You know i love you", and Jacob replied, "You know how much i wish it was enough." OMG, SO SAD!!!! I like that it's paraphrased from the book. I'm gonna be balling my eyes out. Arghhh, Bella pisses me off so much! Sometimes i just wanna slap her stupid!

There are SO many of them!! I think if i remember correctly there are about 130 something. OMG!!! I'm SO excited!!! A little over a month left untill Eclipse!!! I'm pretty sure that the cast are going to start doing promotional tours in a week or two! I just found out the other day that Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner are coming to Australia! Of couse, it's Sydney :( Booo, but it's better than nothing! Plus, Taylor's favourite place is Australia, and he is welcome anytime!! He can crash at my place if he wants. But, i'm SUPER excited for Eclipse!!! :) I hope that Eclipse lives up to my expectations because it's my favourite book, and i just want David Slade to do it justice.

This is so awesome, because the soundtrack makes up such a huge part of the film. I'm loving that Sia made it onto the soundtrack. One of my favourite songs is from her; its called Breathe Me. It's such a gorgeous sad song. I don't know most of the bands apart from Vampire Weekend (I've never listen to their stuff but one of my roommates loves them), Florance + The Machine (I'm not too keen on their music), and obviously Muse. I didnt like Muse initially, but they are growing on me. I think i might even buy their album resistance. I like that i havnt heard any of these song before, because then i will only associate these songs with Eclipse.

I love that most of these bands are indie, because i couldnt stand it if they used commercialised music which is always played on the radio. It would get annoying if the songs we heard ALL of the time were in the film. Cant you imagine having Timberland, or Jason Derulo on the soundtrack. Ewww. Anyway, i'm super happy about Howard Shore's "Jacob's theme" is going to be on the soundtrack! :) That's awesome, becasue we get to have a sample of Howard Shores' work. Plus, Edwards' theme was on the New Moon Soundtrack, so it's only fair that Jacob's is on the Eclipse soundtrack!! Can't wait to hear the music :)

Salary dispute holding up Breaking Dawn's part two announcement??

I'm not sure if i believe this. Aparantly, The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that the hold up for Breaking Dawn officially being announced is because a few of the cast members are trying to get bigger pay packets. I don't think I believe this. The Hollywood Reporter is saying it's specifically Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz. Considering they are best friends, and some of the most down to earth people in the cast, I can't see them holding up production because they want more money. It’s a bit sus. I mean, Kellan Lutz is super nice, friendly, and does lots of charity involving animals because he is a pet lover, so I can't see him doing anything so self-fish. Also, Ashley Greene, is super kind, sweet and friendly, and I can't see her doing that either. I don't know who this "source" is, but almost positive that I don’t believe them. They are probably just trying to come up with a logical explanation as to why Summit hasn’t announced whether Breaking Dawn will be two parts or not. However, considering Melissa Rosenberg is still writing the script, I know that Summit isn’t ready to release that information yet. So, I'm not that concerned, even with them suggesting recasting. This is just some stupid site trying to get hits by posting some controversial topic that Twilight fans will get upset about.

Ok, i added two pictures of Kristen because how amazing does her hair look! Plus, she looks really happy. She doesnt look like a doped up druggie anymore. Not just cause of her Joan Jett haircut, even before that when she did drugs with Michael Angarano. Maybe she's not doing them anymore. Good for her!

Oprah's Eclipse Show!

Everyone is the entire twilight fandom is bursting to see Oprah's Eclipse Show! Of course, Oprah is teasing us. She has released a still of the interview and an ad! As if we needed that to watch, everyone would have done it anyway. I think that this looks seriously cool, although i don't know when it's going to be aired in Australia. Whenever Oprah is on in Australia, they are always repeats from years ago. We never get new episodes. So, I'm not sure how I'm going to watch this. I really hope that Oprah puts it on her website for the international Twilight fans.

Eclipse's Official Run Time...

Eclipse officially runs for 2 hours and 4 minutes!! Which is good, however New Moon went longer, and i thought that it flyed by so quickly! Anyway, just as long as its a good film, i shouldnt worry! Plus, there are always deleted scenes and extended scenes on the DVD :P That makes me feel a lot better.

We have the dates for the release of the Eclipse Score and the Eclipse Soundtrack!! :) I'm so happy right now!! I can't wait to hear who makes it onto the soundtrack. Well, Howard Shore's score is going to be released on 29th of June, and the soundtrack on the 8th of June. So, it's not long now! Also, the artwork has been released. It doesnt surprise them that it's essentially just the one sheet! Anyway, I'm super excited!! :)

UPDATE : A Latin American band Jessie & Joy are going to be on the Eclipse soundtrack! Never heard of them, but then again, i didnt know most of the musicians of the New Moon Soundtrack. As long as the songs fit the film, i'm ok with whoever :)

After much speculation about whether Muse were going to be on the soundtrack, they are. In fact, they are going to be the first single!! I like Muse enough, so this could be good. I hope. They are going to be the first single off of the Eclipse soundtrack with their track titled, "Neutron Star Collision (Love Is Forever)". We have only heard 8 seconds of it, and the only thing you can hear is about 3 bars of a piano run, so there isnt much to go off.

Eclipse at Los Angeles Film Festival

Eclipse is going to be premiering at the LA Film Festival on the 24th of June. Now, it seems to me that EVERYONE is going to see this film before the fans are able to. Considering the films are made specifically for the fans isn't it unfair for every journalist, celebrity, and movie producer are going to see it before us. I mean, no one is as hardcore about Twilight than the fans. I know that this is a good thing because Eclipse will get more exposure, and might make normal people actually go see the film. However, I have a bad feeling that the critics are going to judge it very harshly, like they did with Twilight and New Moon. Granted that Twilight was horrible, and some of the acting in New Moon was pretty bad, but other than that, they both got slammed. Now, I fear a repeat. These films aren’t' made to be Oscar nominated films, and they made for the fans of the books. I don't want some 40 year old guy who watches 20 films a week to be judging Eclipse, when he probably has never read the books, and has nothing to compare it to, other than a million other films. Anyway, I'm kinda excited that all of this information is being released because we haven’t had any for so long!! Go Eclipse!! I’m dying to watch you!!

Oprah previews Eclipse for audience!!

THATS SO NOT FAIR!!!! I'm so upset right now. I thought that Oprahs show would just be having Robert, Taylor, Kristen and other cast doing interviews, and showing tiny clips and behind-the-scenes footage. However, Oprah played the ENTIRE film for her audience!!! Granted, it wasnt completely finished, but STILL!! I'm jealous right now, but after i see Eclipse, i'll be happy that i didnt see Eclipse, when it wasnt fully finished. I'll glad eventaulyl that i didnt see it, but still super jealous now.

It's still unknown if Breaking Dawn is going to be one or two films or not, but i don't think that we will find out for ages!! We just got so much information about Breaking Dawn...so i don't think that Summit will release it soon. Though i could be wrong.

Bill Condon's Letter to the Twilight Fans

Okay, this totally remind me of Chris Weitz when he wrote his letter to the Twilight fans telling us that everything was going to okay, and that he understood that we were freaking out because of the director change. I LOVED that Chris Weitz was reassuring all the fans that he was dedicated to making a faithful adaption of the books we love, and that he did carry through, which i love Chris Wetiz so much for! <33 Now, Bill Condon has written a letter too, which i think is super sweet! Is he following in the footsteps of Chris Weitz?? I hope so!! i can't say it enough, i LOVE CHRIS WEITZ!! Anyway, Bill Condon letter said:

Greetings Twihards, Twifans, Twilight Moms, Team Edward, Team Jacob and Team Switzerland,

I just want to say hello to all of you and let you know that I'm stoked to be getting underway on the adventure of making BREAKING DAWN. As you've probably heard, I've been given a very warm welcome by Stephenie and Team Summit - who are super-focused, as you know, on getting these movies right.

I'm pretty busy bringing myself up to speed on what you already know by heart: I've read BREAKING DAWN twice, rewatched Catherine's and Chris's movies 2-3 times each, have all four CDs playing in my car, and have Catherine's notebook, Mark Cotta Vaz's companion books, and even Volume 1 of the graphic novel here on my desk - a corner of my office is starting to look like Hot Topic. I realize that this barely qualifies me for "newborn" status in the universe you've been living inside for a few years now, but a guy's gotta start somewhere.

Like many of you, I've always been slightly obsessed with vampires, dating back to the prime-time series DARK SHADOWS, which I followed avidly as a kid. But that alone hadn't been enough to get me interested in making a vampire movie, even though my early screenwriting and directing efforts grew out of a great love for horror movies and thrillers. Since making GODS AND MONSTERS thirteen years ago, however, I've been yearning for a return to a story with Gothic overtones.

The wonderful world that Stephenie has created has obviously struck a chord with you, and I don't think it's difficult to see why. For me, her characters are simultaneously timeless, yet very modern. Rooted in a beautiful, real landscape with a great sense of place, Bella, Edward, Jacob, and the rest of the Forks/La Push menagerie, experience emotions that are primal, and universal: desire, despair, jealousy - and it all comes to fruition in BREAKING DAWN. This is a final chapter in the best sense; not just wide in scope and scale, but emotionally charged and intense throughout.

I'm a huge admirer of the already-iconic Kristen, Robert, and Taylor, and wanted to be the one to work with them as they face the challenges of bringing your beloved characters to the end of their journeys. Really, what could be more fun than that?

I though that it was SUPER cute and geeky that he said "greetings" at the beginning of his letter!! That's something a nerd would say. Awwww. I really appreciate him taking the time to write this to the fans, because it shows that he cares enough about us to informs us that he is going to direct and why he was attracted to Breaking Dawn. I really like that.He also said that he would answer any question that any of the fans had, which is nice of him to ask because he knows that the fans are passionate about the saga, and he is considerate enough to ask us for our opinion. The Eclipse re-shoots have been going on for the last 3 or 4 days! Rob, Kristen and Taylor were in Vancouver shooting. There have been pictures of Dakota Fanning at the airport, however it’s not known whether she was shooting or not. Anyway, there isn’t must to say, but I just wanted to blog about this because it's so important. I mean, Eclipse is released in two months, and they are still shooting. It’s scary, but anyway. I hope it turns out awesome. Also I’m hoping that they don't have to push the release date back! I'll be seriously upset if they do. I’d be mad but I will understand! I wouldn’t want them to release the film when it's obviously not ready! Wow, I get off track easy. Hope the re-shoots went well. Fingers crossed!!

PS. How awesome is that picture of Riley and the Newborns, huh? I'm so excited to see what Xavier Samuel does with Riley, by the looks of it he is an amazing actor. Plus, he is Australian!! Represent brother!!

FINALLY SOME WORD ON BREAKING DAWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm super excited!!! Oscar-winning director Bill Condon will be directing Breaking Dawn. If you aren’t aware of him, the has directed most notably, Dreamgirls. I'm so excited, but its strange how Summit didn’t officially announce when Breaking Dawn was greenlit, like they did with New Moon and Eclipse. But, perhaps their rationale was that all of the fans knew it was going to be produced, so they felt no need to state of obvious. I don't know, and don't really care now, but it would have been nice to be told officially that Breaking Dawn was actually going to be made! Plus, I’m super excited that Stephenie Meyer is going to be a producer on the project. That way, she will get some say in how things are going to be made, which will make the film better, I think. Apart from the fact I know that she is going to make it PG-13, which I’m pretty disappointed about. Other than that, I’m SUPER excited!!!!! Of course, Breaking Dawn is not my favourite book, it still has some pretty awesome scenes in it! The only question left is whether it's going to be two films or not. I'm pretty sure it will be! Summit will make more money and Stephenie Meyer and Melissa Rosenberg wanted it to be two films, and they will be hugely influential to Summits decision. Hope so!! Anything with more Twilight, I'm up for. However, it would suck if they were just unnecessarily dragging it out to make more money...that would be really bad!! I can't wait to see what Bill Condon does with Breaking Dawn!! Especially, the CGI, as he hasn’t done a film with CGI before. I'm sure that everyone knows that Stephenie Meyer's new book, "The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner"! Well, I just bought it a few days ago (but I forgot to blog about it) and I'm super excited to read it. You didn’t have to buy a hard copy of it, but I wanted to. I mean, you can download it for free from Stephenie Meyer's website, but I wanted the actual book to have alongside of Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. You know, so that I have every book in the saga, even though it's sort of an extra. I like that it’s for a good cause, because a percentage of the book sales will be donated to the Red Cross (interesting choice of charity considering it’s a book about vampires). Plus, I think that the cover is super awesome! It's probably one of my favourite out of the saga. There is just over a month until it's released, and then I have to wait for it to be shipped! Then I’m going to read it SO quickly :) Can't wait!!

THE ECLIPSE FINAL TRAILER

OMG!!!!! This trailer is SO FREAKING AMAZING!!!!!!! Eclipse is going to be the most bad-ass movie and I seriously mean that. Twilight was meh, New Moon was so beautiful, but Eclipse is going to blow them out of the water. It sucks that this is the final trailer, and it's still April. I mean, Eclipse comes out at the end of June, so that over 2 months with no other footage. Summit is probably doing this on purpose because I know that some annoying people were whingeing that they had seen too much footage. Well, if you don't want to see lots of spoilers, then DONT watch the extra and trailers. Dur...

Anyway, firstly the Newborns! Wow, I'm super excited for all of that footage that wasn’t in the book. Initially, I didn’t want any of that stuff in and I hoped that they would cut most of it out, but now I’m very excited for it. I know that the opening sequence for Eclipse is Riley being turned into a vampire by Victoria in Seattle, which looks amazing. I'm super excited to see that in the film. They can't cut it because it’s the opening sequence and the rest of the film won't make sense without it. I like that there is a shot of the Newborns fighting amongst each other, because that's mentioned in the books of why the numbers keep changing. There's also a shot of the Newborns coming out of the water, which totally reminds me of that scene in POTC when the pirates were in the water. I don't know why but that's what it reminds me of. I really appreciate David Slade constantly having the Newborns in deserted random places, Alleys, logging places, the woods, barns etc. Although, we didn’t see any Bree Tanner at all. I can't wait to read her book :)

The Volturi are here, again!! I'm so happy because I think they Volturi were one of the best parts of New Moon. Especially, Dakota Fanning and Michael Sheen, because their acting was just amazing. However, we only get to see Demitri, Felix, Jane and Alec, but it's better than nothing. The first shot is just them standing there in some concrete place that looks like Seattle, which makes total sense. Carlisle suspects that the Volturi knew about the Newborns, but didn’t do anything about it because they wanted to make Carlisles’ coven smaller. So, I’d be glad if that's what they were doing. Of course there is a shot of the Volturi in the meadow just after the battle where Jane orders Bree to the killed. I LOVE that they are wearing their cloaks that they were supposed to be wearing. Also, I’m impressed that David Slade has Jane and Alec in dark black whereas Felix and Demetri are in a dark grey! That was like it in the book, a visual colour coded hierarchy of dominance within the Volturi. Awesome :)

The Wolfs are looking awesome again. I think that they looked better in the New Moon movie, but I’m sure that Tippett Studios are still working with the wolves, and that they are going to get a lot better before Eclipse is actually released. But, apart from that, I'm happy with the wolves. However, now there are eight wolves; Sam, Jared, Paul, Embry, Jacob, Quil, Seth, and Leah. I'm so glad that they have the number of wolves correct! It would be awful if they were all together, and Seth was missing. That would make me so mad. But, good work. I'm also loving how vicious the wolves look when they are attacking Victorias' Newborn vampires. They look really scary when they are pouncing on the vampires with their claws out, and them arching their mouths to bite them to pieces. There is a wolf in the background when Victoria is in the tree, and it falls to the ground when Edward breaks it; that's supposed to be Seth. I was a little disappointed that Seth isn’t a sandy colour like he was in the books. It just makes him look a little bit more distinctive, but other than that, I'm very happy with them.

The cinematography is beautiful of course. I think that David Slade's niche is mis-en-scene. If you follow David on twitter, you can tell from his photography that he is very artistic and his pictures are just gorgeous with the tone, the lighting, the composition, everything about it is stunning. Just from some of the shots in the teaser trailer, you could tell how talented David Slade is. I'm really excited to see what he does visually with all of the fight scenes. David is known for doing dark films, and I hope that he makes Eclipse very dark. However, the Twilight Saga is very character oriented. Many of the conflicts happen through character emotions, and there will be a lot of conversations and dialogue. So, for the majority of Eclipse, he won't get to display his skills, but the fight scene at the end is going to be epic. Everyone has been hyping up the end battle scene with the Newborns so much. I hope I'm not disappointed because everyone has been saying it's so good. From the clips from the trailer, I would say that is looks amazing!

I just can't say enough that I'm so excited for this film. It looks amazing, Eclipse is my favourite book and David Slade appears to have produced a beautiful film. I can't wait to see it. I hope we get more the making of footage or tons of pictures and interviews because this is the last trailer. I feel like I have seen literally nothing of Eclipse, which sucks. I need information and pictures, video, interviews, and details about Eclipse. Knowing that there aren’t anymore trailers, I'm still hoping for some stills and promotional pictures. This trailer was everything I wanted, and that was lacking from the teaser. Amazing, David!! Let's just hope you live up to the great work of Chris Weitz.

Oprah's Eclipse Show...

Oprah is having a show dedicated towards Eclipse on the 23rd of April!!! This is so exciting because on the show, Summit is going to play the last Eclipse Trailer! I guess we will only be getting one Eclipse trailer, but i suppose that it's better than nothing! SO excited to see some more footage from Eclipse, because with the teaser trailer, i was very disappointed. Thank-you Oprah!!

The Eclipse Soundtrack

We have a release date for the Eclipse Soundtrack! Yay, everything is starting to happen now :) It's going to be released on the 8th of June according to Amazon, which is about a month before the release of Eclipse. There have been rumours that Muse is going to be on the Eclipse Soundtrack, but you never know if they will make the final cut. I heard that they had some difficulties with Summit, but i hope they are. I can't wait untill we start getting some names from David Slade, who's going to be on the soundtrack! Sweet!!

GOT MY NEW MOON DVD!!

FINALLY! I got my New Moon DVD! It's SO awesome! I have only JUST opened it! I have the two disc special edition from K-mart, although I'm not sure if America has K-mart! It's just like a Target type store! Well, anyway, it’s SO awesome!! When I opened it, it even comes with three postcards; one of Bella, one of Edward and one of Jacob obviously. Me = ecstatic times 1 million!!!!!

I just inserted the 2nd disc, because I’m dying to see all of the special features, and even the quality of the menu is so much better than the Twilight one!! It has Alexandre Desplat's "The Meadow" playing, and the camera is zooming a lot of characters hidden in the woods! Then it shifts to Voltera and the Volturi!! It's so AMAZING!!! I’ll keep trying as I’m watching the DVD, so that I can remember what my first reactions were :)

Now I’m watching the extended scenes!! First up is a scene called school corridor which is just Edward and Bella walking at school discussing Bella's birthday present, and Jacob's little crush on Bella. Its cool, but I can totally see why it was cut. The next is a scene called English class which is obviously during English. Bella and Edward are talking at the back of the classroom, discussing birthdays and Romeo's mistakes in Shakespeare’s play. I can totally see why it was cut too, but I’m so glad that Chris Weitz kept in that the Cullen’s are excited and that the last birthday party they had was Emmetts'! That was totally from the book...however, Robert Pattinson mumbles SO much, its hard to understand what he is saying sometimes.

The start of the cinema lobby is cute between Bella and Jacob, and there is a lot from the book. I wish that wasn’t cut because that was exactly how it played out in the book, and it would have been nice to see that on the screen. Although, I do understand that the film would have been too long with lots of those in it. The next extended scene is just Bella and Laurent in the meadow. It's just longer. It's cool to see, and most of it just explains what the fans already know, so it's kind of useless having it in. But I love Edi Gathegi, so it's cool to see more of him, before he dies.

My favourite scene is the scene where Jake breaks into Bella room, but the extended version of it SO much BETTER!! Swooning because of Jacob!! Wow, Taylor is such an emotive actor! His face and his eyes say so much than words can’t convey. Just wow!! There's a longer part of Embry, and Jared joking around outside Emily's. It's nice to see more of the Quileutes because you hardly see any of them, but I can see why Chris Weitz cut it out.

I'm LOVING the longer scene where Jake drives Bella home! It's SO packed with everything from the book...discussing Harry's death, Jacob telling Bella he will always be there for her ( The sun line = dies with Awwww), and Bella looking like she is leading him on even though she doesn’t mean to. Did you see how close Bella's face was to Jacob!! That bitch is breaking his heart...god Bella makes me SO angry sometimes. Cutest scene. The next is Alice in the car with Bella, but it's the shortest scene I’m not even going to mention it, and the one after is Edward asking the Volturi to kill him. It's only a tiny scene, as most of the footage is used as flashback footage.

Wow, I totally LOVE the scene where Carlisle stitches up Bella!!!!! I love it SO much!! Everything is directly from the book!! Plus, Peter Facinelli is a great actor, and he pulled of Carlisle’s calmness, serenity perfectly! The majority of those lines where from the book, and Chris Weitz, thank you, I really appreciate it. That scene rocked!! AWWWW, the scrap metal scene is SO cute!!! It's adorable!!! Scenes like that make me fall in love with Jake ALL over again!! They are SO meant for each other.

The last extended scene is Jacob talking to Edward and Bella at the end of New Moon. It's a really short scene again, but I can see why they cut it. It's just a little bit of footage of Jacob jumping through the bushes and saying "I see you're still alive" to Edward. I can see why it was cut, not a very important piece of film. I LOVED pretty much all of the extended scenes but my favourites are Carlisle stitching up Bella, Jake in Bella's room, and Jake driving Bella home. My total favs!!!

Now the best of all, the deleted scenes!!!! The Birthday Cake one was the SHORTEST thing ever!!! It didn’t even feel like anything new really. The scene driving home from the party I caved and watched on YouTube. It's just the same as the book, but I can see how it was cut. You can follow the story without it, but it's just a nice little extra for the fans to enjoy. Charlie putting Bella to bed after she was found was cute of Charlie, but kinda irrelevant to the story, so I can see why it was cut too. Bob's bikes scene just shows the origin of the bikes and Charlie's dislike of dangerous motorcycles. Its cute and all, but it doesn’t really add anything to the story. I can see why all of these deleted scenes, were deleted. It would have just slowed down the plot.

The scene where Bella has a weird nightmare, it’s a strange dream that doesn’t even make sense, which is perfect because in the book, they were weird too. It's so adorable Charlie chatting to Bella! He is such a good guy! I LOVE Charlie!! It's SO cute when he says "I love you" to Bella, because you can tell it’s hard to say, but he truly means it. Awww. I think the scene of Mike being left at the movies were more bloopers than a scene but it was pretty funny regardless. And once again, Charlie stealing the scene telling Bella that he is there for her if she needs to talk. So adorable, and it shows how much Charlie cares.

LOL, the scene with Victoria in the car made me lol. It's so funny how she just stole this person’s care, and his driving down the road with these humans, reminiscing about her and James. I thought that was quite humorous! Awww, Rachelle is SO great!! It's really, really, really, really sad that she isn’t going to be in Eclipse. But, at least Summit included her on the DVD. It would be horrible if they totally cut her out. :( Aww, Rachelle is SO good. I'm going to see all of her movies now!!

The other features were cool too, like the Team Jacob vs. Team Edward, 6 part Documentary, Interview with Volturi and the Eclipse sneak peek was really cool. I didn’t really have any interest at all in watching the music video's at all because I’d already seen them on YouTube when they were released, so I wasn’t that excited for them. I could have done without them, if Summit put more of deleted scenes on that would be totally awesome.

Anyway, the commentary by Chris Weitz and Peter Lambert was cool. Although, I would prefer Chris Weitz, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner to be doing the commentary, that wasn’t possible. So, I suppose Peter Lambert was a good substitute. The New Moon DVD rocked, apart from one minor detail!!! On my DVD, if you look at the features on the back of the cover, they spelt Peter Lambert's name wrong!! SERIOUSLY SUMMIT!!!!! How can you not KNOW that!!!!! How disrespectful to Peter!! So what if he’s just the editor, he is VERY important!! It's irrelevant how big or small you are, you deserve to have your name spelt correctly for the work you have done!! But other than that, I'm SO HAPPY!!

I'm pretty sure we found out who Nettie is!! It's about time....Eclipse was filmed last year, and people are only finding out some of the cast now! Anyway, I hope this is true. It's being reported by IMDB, and not everything on there is accurate, but I’m pretty sure that this will be. We haven’t heard anything about the casting of Nettie ever, so I’m pretty happy with whom Summit chose. She is very pretty. Although, she has really short hair, and that's not how Netties' hair was in the book. I'm hoping they put a wig on her, but other than that, I’m happy with her.

Eclipse Re-shoots...

Everyone has been freaking out because Lainly Gossip has reported that some "key" scenes are being re-shot in Vancouver. I don't know what the big deal is. Of course, I’m concerned because Summit and David Slade don’t think that some of the scenes are good enough, and want to fix them. Yes, they are going to fix the scenes that they have issues with. When the film comes out, nobody will even notice anything. However, I'd be more worried if they didn’t re-shoot the scenes and have them come out looking awful in the film, although I would be ignorant of it at the time. So, even though I'm a little worried that they need to re-shoot some scenes, it's a hell of a lot better than no doing it and producing something crap on June 30th.

Eclipse Calendar

YES!! An Eclipse calendar has been released! That is awesome because there are picture of all of he characters! :) I'll start of with January and go through the months!

January: Jacob is dressed in his green sleeveless shirt. I'm disappointed because even though that colour looks gorgeous on him, I would prefer to see his abs. Anyway, Jacob's looking pretty angry and he has this intense stare, which is really cool. I must say that the make-up is so much better. You would think that Taylor looks that hot all of the time and that he just isn’t wearing make-up at all! Seriously hot, Taylor. I love that Jacob is wearing the same shirt as New Moon, because it shows that the wolves aren’t rich, and they don't have an unlimited amount of clothing so they have to wear the same things all of the time. Essentially it shows their socio-economic status through their clothing. It is expressed in the books a few times that Jacob can’t afford to buy any more clothes and shoes if he destroys the ones he has. I think it’s Embry jokes when Jake has only one shoe left that he can hop. That’s awesome that they are keeping that in the film. Subtle, but the fans will notice.

February: Jane is seriously one of the best characters in the series. Well, that’s not true because I love them all for different reasons, but she is so cool. Dakota Fanning does an amazing job as Jane, despite the fact that I pictured Jane looking like Dakota with WAY different hair. But, other than that, she is exactly what I imagined. Jane's hair is a little bit different from New Moon, and the black circles under her eyes are more prominent, but other than that, she looks the same. Oh, I also love that David Slade used black cloaks for the Volturi because they didn’t have them in New Moon. Also the darker blacks are utilised more important Volturi like Caius, Marcus, Aro, Jane and Alec, and lighter blacks and grey for the not as important characters like Felix and Demetri. The black represents their significances, and their dominance within the Volturi hierarchy. Sweet.

March: Sam is not wearing his shirt. Thank you. Even though Chaske isn't as buff and Taylor or Alex, it's still nice to see him wearing nothing, because the wolves seldom wore clothing. Ever! So, having him only wear jean shorts is very true to the book, which I really appreciate. Sam is bending down at a weird angle, and I suppose that it’s supposed to make him look more threatening, dominant and just physically larger, because Sam is this huge, intimidating guy who is the Alpha of the pack. Sam's in charge, so having him above everyone else looking down, represents his status within the pack. I love that because Bella often notes that Sam was huge, and she was scared of him, and couldn’t help thinking of him as this bad guy, even though she knew that he wasn’t.

April: Bella is looking much more mature than she did in Twilight and New Moon. Perhaps it's intentional to really emphasise that Bella is human, and that she is aging while Edward and the Cullen’s aren't. That's really awesome, because Bella is paranoid about being 18 when Edward will never be, so to have her physically look older is just showing a natural progression in the books, and a physical representation and embodiment of Bella's worst fear. I love the darker clothing that Bella is being dressed in, because it links into her being older and more mature but also with the darker themes which are explored through-out Eclipse. This film is going to be so frigging awesome. Although, I’m sure Bella's clothes aren’t going to be dark the entire way through, but it's nice to see it on a poster, so the audience who haven’t read the books, get the idea of what the film is going to be like.

May: Victoria is being portrayed by Bryce Dallas Howard. I'm still not happy about Rachelle being replaced because she was so friendly, bubbly, and nice and just loved the saga so much. I get the feeling that Bryce Dallas Howard only took the role in Eclipse because of its popularity. She was offered Victoria in Twilight and she turned it down because it was too small. I'm sorry, but I just can't get over that because it's clear she is only in it for the publicity, and not the story, like Rachelle was. But anyway, I do not really like the wig very much, because it just looks so fake. Although, I do like that David Slade got the right colour, unlike Catherine Hardwicke. I like that she is looking down and glaring forward, because it shows her power, her dominance and her ambition for vengeance, which is cool because it's just an integral part of Eclipse

June: As the saga goes on, Edward's hair appears to get less and less golden, which is disappointing because Edward's golden hair always accentuated his golden eyes. That was part of his look which made him special and differentiated him from everyone else. Now, Edward hair looks basically the same as Roberts, which I’m not liking at all. Other than that, I don't have any criticism. Edward is being dressed better than Twilight and New Moon. Now he has sharp v-neck t-shirts, and smart jackets, rather than the awful clothing used for Twilight. New Moon he basically wore a suit the entire film, because he dressed up for Bella's birthday, and he was just a memory the entire way through, so he wore the same clothes. So, I’m liking the new fashion that Edward has been given.

July: I've also noticed, along with Edward loosing his golden hair, so did Esme. Her hair is a lot darker, and colour could pass for a brown, rather than the caramel gold that it’s supposed to be. Apart from Esme's hair colour, I think her hair looks much nicer than New Moon. Now, Esme has curls, like she has in the book. Yay! Her hair style looks much nicer and closer to the book than her hair in Twilight and New Moon. I think her fashion sense has improved from what I have seen. I just think back to that hideous dress from the vote scene in New Moon and think that anything would be better than that. Fortunately, it is. Man, in this picture though, Esme looks mad! LOL, considering her gift is being able to love passionately; it sure doesn't looks like it here. Unless someone just attacked her family, like the Newborns maybe? :)

August: The beautiful Alice is looking gorgeous as normal. But then again, what do you expect when you see Ashley Greene. I'm loving Alice's hair here, it’s actually black, unlike that disgusting brown colour it was in Twilight. It's not as spiky, but I don't mind because at least it's black. She is still wearing her Cullen crest necklace, which is awesome because it's so dainty, elegant and small, just like Alice. Alice's clothing looks pretty similar to what she was wearing in Twilight and New Moon. It's just preppy clothing, for her petite frame. This is totally fine because that is usually small petite girls wear. Yes, and Alice is finally wearing some jewellery, excluding her Cullen crest. Alice is wearing some beaded necklaces, which I think is awesome because Alice is supposed to be a girly girl, and this is the first time we have her wear girly jewellery that teenage girls would wear. Perfect!

September: Carlisle is looking super fine as always. I know I’m probably saying that everyone is good looking, and that's because the Twilight cast are all super attractive. Every single one of them. The wig that they put on Peter isn’t a good as the one in New Moon. The New Moon wig was more blonde, and it looked at a lot more natural than this one. The Eclipse wig looks darker, and not as blonde. Almost like Carlisle dyed his hair dark, and tried to dye it back blonde without bleach. I like his clothing, from what we can see. I loved Peters’ idea that Carlisle always wears scarfs because his neck is sensitive because that is where he was bitten. Plus, the vest, scarfs, shirts and pants make it look like he grew up in a different century, which he did. I loved that they try to make it evident Carlisle's age with his hair, clothes, posture, speech etc despite his physical youth.

October: Rosalie looks a lot more like she is supposed to in the books, than she has in Twilight or New Moon. She looks like she is on the cover of a magazine, with her hair being blown back like that. She isn’t wearing her Cullen crest, which I’m a little sad about, because I think it’s beautiful. Although, she does looks a lot skinner, and has a longer, leaner neck without her necklace on. I think that Nikki Reed must have lost some weight during Eclipse, either from dieting or the intense workout's the cast was doing in order to prepare for the fight scene at the end of the film. Either way, she looks much more like a model. Not a gross, seriously underweight one, but a flawlessly perfect figure, which Rosalie is supposed to have. Which is good for Nikki, because awful fans were calling her too fat and not pretty enough for Rosalie. Well, I think Nikki to gorgeous and fit Rosalie perfectly. Anyway, Rosalie's hair isn’t as blonde, or as perfectly curly as it's supposed to be, but it could be because Rosalie has been fighting, or running. Although, maybe they wanted to make Rosalie's hair more natural, rather than the stiff curls she had in New Moon.

November: Aww, Jackson Rathbone, where do I start. Ok, let’s begin with the obvious. Who the hell chose his wig??? Seriously, I want to know! They should be hunted down and fired! That is the most disgusting wig ever! I was complaining about the New Moon wig, but that wig is good compared to this one. Jasper is supposed to be gorgeous, that's why he was grouped with Rosalie posing as her twin, because Rosalie is the most beautiful of the beautiful and Jasper was up there with her too. So, I don't know whose idea this was, but his wig his shockingly bad! I can't get over it. Bella's wig wasn't the greatest, but Jackson's wig takes the cake! Poor Jackson being made to wear this wig. I really hope it grows on me, but I’m pretty sure it won't. Whoever directs Breaking Dawn has to get a better wig than this. Seriously, you couldn’t get any worse. Sorry, Jackson I love you, but that wig is hideous.

December: Aww, Emmett. This picture looks like a super hero shot where they're standing on the side of a building, with his arms crossed looking up at the sky very proudly. I don't know why, but this shot of Emmett just remind me of that. Emmett is just wearing a shirt, which is a lot better than what he was wearing in New Moon. I just think back at the disgusting shirt that he was wearing in the vote scene in New Moon, and this plain t-shirt is a hell of a lot better. Of course, it's black with everything else to fit in with the tone of Eclipse. I just can't wait to see Emmett having the time of his life fighting all of those Newborns because he was so excited and up for destroying them, despite Rosalie's reluctance.

These pictures are seriously cool. I notice in all of them the obvious black and grey that all of the characters are dressed in apart from Jacob, who is in green, and Sam who isn't wearing anything. Also, they are all so serious. I think that this is supposed to portray that Eclipse is going to be a serious, dark, dramatic film, which it totally is. I'm so excited! As, I’ve said a million times, Eclipse is my favourite book out of the four, so I have high expectations for it. I hope you can deliver David Slade.

Florence + the Machine

It has been rumoured that the band Florence + the Machine are going to be on the Eclipse Soundtrack. I don't know them as a band but their song “You’ve got the Lone" is quite popular and it’s played on the radio. I don't think that they will end up being on the soundtrack because Twilight and New Moon soundtrack were very indie rock bands, apart from a few like Muse. I'm pretty sure that considering Eclipse is a darker film, they aren’t going to have them on it. I think that they are going to stick to relatively smaller musicians and more rock-ish sounds to keep some continuity between the films. I have nothing against them, but I just don't listen to their music. It's just not my style and I’m not a fan. If they get onto the soundtrack, good for them. However, I won't be upset if they aren’t. Sorry guys.

BooBoo Stewart

OMG!!! I was just on Twifans.com reading a post about how someone punched BooBoo because they didn’t like Twilight. That's hilarious, because BooBoo wasn’t even in Twilight. Anyway, there is a picture of him with fans and I have to say, OMG!!! He looks SO grown up!!! Seriously, he is HUGE!!! His muscles are massive compared to what I saw from the stills in Eclipse. Now, he is so BIG!! But, it shouldn’t surprise me because one of his parents is a personal trainer, so he gets free training. Although, it's unbelievable how much he has grown!!! Not just his body, but his face as well. Anyway, I just wanted to express my appreciation for his effort! He reminds me of Taylor, when he suddenly went from this skinny little boy, to a huge hulking werewolf. BooBoo has done just the same!! Plus, they are both know each other through their extreme martial arts!! Seriously, are they brothers?? Nah, but they could be long lost unrelated twins. LOL, I’m so impressed with BooBoo right now!! The Eclipse premier details have been released!!! I'm SO excited for this film! The Eclipse premier is going to be held on Thursday the 24th of June, 2010 at the Grauman's Chinese Theatre, 6925 Hollywood Blvd, in Hollywood. That is SO cool!! It sucks that Australia has never had a premier for Twilight, New Moon or Eclipse, but at least we get to see the stars all dressed up and watch the interview that they give. Rad! :) Picture of Nikki is for no reason, but we hardly ever see anything from her, and she looks amazing in that dress. I wanna steal that dress, seriously. LOL

3 New Eclipse Pictures

Summit kindly release three new Eclipse pictures! :) Thanks Summit! I'm really excited about these stills because we have hardly seen anything from Eclipse at all. I mean, its April, so its about 3 months untill Eclipse is released, and we only have a few stills, the one-sheet and the teaser trailer. Which is nothing compared to the amount of footage we got from New Moon. I'm not blaming David Slade, or praising Chris Weitz, I'm sure its Summit controlling everything. Anyway, I'm so excited for these pictures. :)

The first one is a picture of Jacob, Bella and Edward. They are standing outside Bella's house. I think this is the intense stare-off between Edward and Jacob after Jacob kisses Bella and she punches him. Although, she doesnt look like her hand is broken or anything. Other than that, it pretty cool. Jacob does look more pissed off than Edward does though. But then again, Edward was pretty good at hiding his emotions, where as Jacob wears his heart on his sleave. However, I'm not such a fan of Edward being insanly tall! Seriously!! Other than that, i really like it.

Next is a picture of the Cullens together.They look like they have been running, and Carlisle has just stopped them, by signling with his hand for them to stop. Obviously, this is the fight scene, where the Newborns are invading. Awesome! I really like the dark colour palete that the Cullens are rocking. Edward dressed totally in black in the picture before, and now the Cullens in dark blues, blacks and dark greys. Fits perfect with the tone of Eclipse. Although, I'm not digging Jasper's hair. I really hope that its just this picture and that it'll grow on me. I remember when I hated Jasper's hair for New Moon, but I didnt mind it after a while. I hope that happens again.

The last picture if my personal favourite. Its Bella and Jacob at the bonfire. Its so blantly evident as you can see the glowing of the fire in the picture. I'm really excited for this scene, and I'm so glad that it made it into the film. Wow, how good does Jacob's skin look in the light? Seriously, he looks gorgeous. Plus, how much does that hoodie ascentuate his muscles. He looks huge there. Bella looks just normal. I'm pretty sure that the bonfire is going to be at Jacob's place. That way, Summit won't have to build and rent a space to film it. I hope the scene is going to be a flashback. That would be seriously cool.

Did I say that I'm excited for Eclipse. Never mind, I'll say it agian. I'M SO EXCITED!! I think Eclipse is going to be better than New Moon, even though I LOVE New Moon. There is the action, more romance, more love triange, more Volturi, more Cullens, more wolves (Leah and Seth), and the best of all, the Newborns!! This film is going to ROCK!!! I have very high hopes for David Slade, and I hope that he delivers. From what he have seen so far, it looks stunning (apart from Kristens acting). Go Eclipse. Only approx 3 months left :)

M Night Shyamalan

It's possible that M Night Shyamalan could be directing Breaking Dawn! That could be really awesome. If you don't know any of his work, he has directed The Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, Signs, The Village, Lady in the Water, The Happening, and Jackson Rathbone's new film, The Last Airbender. All of those films are very dark, sci-fi films which are heavy on special effects. So, i think that he would be an awesome director. Plus, he is really cute. :)

Also, M Night Shyamalan has worked with Bryce Dallas Howard (twice) and Jackson Rathbone, so that connection is there. Although, Bryce Dallas Howard isnt going to be in Breaking Dawn, it's still cool to have a connection to the Saga. MTV, also asked him about Twilight, and he said :

“”I would’ve loved to be– I love the series, and Catherine [Hardwicke's] movie, it was one of my favorite movies of that year,” he said. “Really, I thought tonally, it was a perfect movie. I called her up after I saw ‘Twilight’ and was like ‘That was amazing.’ So I’m a big fan.”

So, apparantly, he is a fan of Twilight. I've seen the trailer for The Last Airbender, and some of the shots are beautiful. The special effects are amazing, i would totally think that some of them are real. That's a main skill for Breaking Dawn because of Renesmee, and the birthing scene. That is going to be graphic, however i'm sure that Summit are going to make it a little more PG-13, because they think that every Twilight fan is a 14 year old girl.

Anyway, getting a little off track. I'd be over the moon if M Night Shyamalan was directing Breaking Dawn. Whoever Summit land, i know that they are going to be a great director, because they are aiming high. Seriously, the got Alexandre Desplat to compose New Moon and Howard Shore to compose Eclipse, so whatever they are doing, they should keep doing it. I'm just waiting in an official confirmation that Breaking Dawn is going to be made. Everyone know's its going to happen, so hurry up Summit. Please?

Kids Choice Awards

I'm so shocked at the result of the Kids’ Choice Awards. Twilight didn’t win best book series!!! What?? Seriously, "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" won, which is bullshit. Well, I suppose I'm probably biast, but still!! Also, the figment "Robstern" didn’t win best couple. LOL, not literally Rob and Kristen, but Edward and Bella didn’t win. Some fans find it difficult to separate the two. Jacob and Bella won best couple, which I'm happy for because I'm a massive Jacob supporter. Speaking of Jacob, Taylor picked up Best Movie Actor, which I think he totally deserves. I live in Australia, so the Kids Choice Awards, Teen Choice Award, or even the MTV Movie Awards NEVER gets played, so I have to hear from the internet. However, Jackson Rathbone and Taylor Lautner were apparently giving really cool interviews. I wish I could watch but watching videos at university is so expensive, and my student loans have me in debt. :( Anyway, I'm glad that Taylor won an award, and that Jacob/Bella relationship get some recognition. Retraction from Eclipse teaser trailer

Recently in my Eclipse analysis I commented on how horrible the make-up is. Well, I just saw that the Eclipse teaser trailer was on Itunes, so I downloaded it so that I could put it on my Ipod. I noticed that the make-up was amazing in the teaser, so I'm retracting what I said. Initially, I saw the Eclipse trailer on Youtube, so I must have seen the teaser in really awful quality that made the vampire's skin look horrible. Nevertheless, now their make-up is great! From what we can see, you can't see make-up lines, it isn't blotchy, it doesn't look so unnatural, and you can tell that there is a difference between Edward's skin colour and Bella's skin colour, which i really love. So, I'm just correcting myself because i think that David Slade and the make-up department did a great job, and I don't want to discredit them when they did the make-up well.

Origin of the Team's

Everyone know's the massive battle between the Team Edward fans and the Team Jacob fans. Although, where did these teams come from. Stephenie Meyer specifically said that she didnt intend the fans would choose sides from Edward, Jacob or any other character from Team Emmett, Team Carlisle, Team Paul etc. I just had a brainwave..i know where the teams came from..well sorta. Remember when everyone was little and they used to watch Pokemon?? Well, Team Rocket anyone?? LOL I totally 4got about it untill a friend sent me a facebook group request about it. I thought it was hilarious!! :)

The Twilight Saga Eclipse: The Official Illustrated Movie Companion

Yay!!! Amazon has got a page up about the Eclipse Official Illustrated Movie Companion, which is really cool! I own the Twilight and New Moon ones, so I’m so getting this one! Amazon are reporting that the release date is June 29th 2010. That seems a little late, because Eclipse is released on the 30th of June. Well, is Australia it’s the 1st of July, but you get the idea. I'm pretty sure that the date listed on Amazon is just a rough estimation on when it's going to be released, because that's awfully close to the film. I'm sure Summit want to give the fans some time to buy it, like maybe a week or two before Eclipse is released, so that they have some times to get it, read it and absorb everything before going to see the film. I'm so excited for this, and i hope it's as good as the New Moon one was. :)

Imprint Ep. 34 - It All Begins with a DVD Choice

Right now I’m SO tempted to finish listening to Imprint Ep. 34 - It All Begins with a DVD Choice. But, I can’t :( The rest of the episode is discussing the New Moon DVD and the extras. Since I haven’t got my DVD yet, it will destroy my experience when I actually watch it. I mean, if Matt says this particular scene with Charlie was cut, and it was amazing. I'll start thinking of it as amazing, so when I see it, it might only be good because I expected too much...get it?? I want to listen to it so badly just to know what's on the DVD, but I don't want to destroy my viewing experience when I actually get the DVD!! Arghh, it's going to be AGES before the New Moon DVD comes out in Australia!!! :( I'm sure its going to be worth the wait though.

New Moon One-Sheet Release

When I woke up this morning, Summit had released the New moon One-Sheet! It's about time, if you ask me. The poster essentially consists of Edward and Jacob staring front-on expressionless, with Bella in between then also relatively expressionless. I like this, however not as must as the New Moon One-Sheet. The One-Sheet for New Moon was incredibly symbolic, although the Eclipse One-Sheet is symbolic too, it doesn’t have the amount and ambiguity that the New Moon one had.

Anyway, I like that Bella is standing in-between Edward and Jacob because it's a representation of the issues that Bella has to deal with through-out Eclipse; whether she will choose Edward or Jacob as her romantic partner. That is basically the primary conflict in Eclipse, and David Slade has obviously addressed that head on. Also complementing this is the slogan; "It all begins...with a choice", which is surprisingly not cringe worthy, like the Twilight taglines that are still haunting me. The New Moon one's were okay, but i really like the Eclipse tag line. It's actually relevant to the plot, now just something that Summit came up with to try and get a bigger audience by having puzzling tag lines that make no sense.

The darker colours don't surprise me at all because Eclipse is a darker book. What with all of the Volturi, Victoria trying to kill Bella, Jasper's history, Rosalie's history, and then the most exciting of all, the bloodthirsty newborns come to seek revenge on Bella. Obviously if you have read the book, it's probably the darkest out of all four novels. Plus, Bella and Jacob look more grown up. Eclipse is a much more mature film, and Bella and Jacob are still growing, as they are human, so it's nice to see a progression within the physical appearance of them. I like that they are all wearing the same sorts of clothing too. Jacob's classic t-shirt, Edward with a t-shirt with a smart jacket, and Bella is her t-shirt, jeans and jacket, like normal. Glad they kept to the fashion sense of New Moon, and didn’t try to go too Hollywood on us now that Twilight is a massive franchise.

However, I do have some issues with their skin colour. Bella is looking seriously white. I mean, seriously. She is paler than Edward is. This doesn’t make sense because Edward doesn’t have any blood, so he is supposed to be this cold, dead, bloodless being. Whereas Bella is human, and she is supposed to have this healthy, vibrant glow. But, you can't see it. Perhaps it was just the lighting, or the make-up. I'm sure Summit would have noticed that because they know how picky the fans are. Oh well, what can you do? Maybe it would have looked weird if they did try to change it to make Edward look paler, so they just left it. Also, they are pretty shiny too, especially Jacob.

I'm overall pretty happy with his One-Sheet, although I would like something more inventive because it kinda of looks like one of the New Moon DVD covers, which was just released in American. Unfortunately not in Australia yet, but we'll get there. I totally LOVE that they only colour on the entire poster is the outline of the "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" and "June 30th" which is the release date. That rocks! I'm so excited for Eclipse right now! I also can't wait until April 12th when the New Moon DVD is released in Australia! I'm going to go mental waiting when everyone else has already got it.

Navy Exchange DVD release..

Last year, when the cast were asked where they wanted to go to sign DVD, everyone knows that Peter Facinelli chose to go to an army base; so that he could do whatever he could to show is appreciation for what they were doing for America. Peter stayed until EVERYONE in line who wanted a autograph from him, got one. He was there for hours, missed his flight and refused to leave until he got to everyone. That was one of the reasons why I love Peter; he does everything he can for other people, and charities, most notably Alex's lemonade. This year, more Twilight stars are going to Navy Exchange, where Peter was last year. For the New Moon DVD release we can expect Nikki Reed, Alex Meraz, Daniel Cudmore, Christian Serratoes and Tyson Houseman on the 24th of March. I just wanted to bring this up because i LOVED that Peter Facinelli did this last year, showed how much of a nice guy he really is, and isn’t affected my Hollywood at all. Although he wasn’t as famous as Brad Pitt, or Johnny Depp before Twilight. Anyway, it's nice to see that Peter has influenced Nikki, Alex, Daniel, Christian and Tyson to go to an Army base, because the soldiers are being put in danger with the war, and it's the least that the stars can do for them. Go Peter for making a positive influence in the world, and not being totally embarrassing like Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan or Miley Cyrus! GO PETER!

New Moon DVD release...

A couple of days ago, all Americans got the New Moon DVD!! However, since I live in Australia, we don't get it until April, which sucks! Everyone in the whole United States of America has already got the film, along with the special features, deleted scenes, extended scenes, Eclipse footage the making of documentary, commentary, EVERYTHING!!! I'm so jealous of Americans right now because us Australian have been waiting just as long as the American have, however they get it because sooner because of their geography location. It’s not fair! England, Australia and Canada are practically extentions of the US anyway. Arghh!! It's really not fair. I literally can’t wait until it is released in Australia. I'll probably get so frustrated waiting, that I’ll buy it online and get it imported. LOL I can totally see myself doing that! I want so badly to see all of the extra footage...That's what I’m most excited for. Stuff watching the film, I just want to see all of the amazing extras that I’ve never seen it before. It was so hard knowing that everyone already has their copies in the US, however we haven’t seen it yet. Late last night, about 1:30, I was watching Ellen because I couldn’t sleep, and the reception at the uni was horrible so I only had 2 channels to choose from. To makes things worse, Ellen was talking about the DVD and she had Kellan Lutz on. Man, talk about rubbing it in my face. I know they are just promoting the DVD, but STILL! Summit should have international release dates, so that it fair for international fans, and not just the Americans. Oh well...I hope that it’s really good!! Which I’m sure it is because Chris Weitz made it...and I think he is great!!

Eclipse One-Sheet

Finally, we have some news on the one-sheet, and it’s about time if you ask me. It's going to be released tomorrow! Yay!! Jeez, Summit took their time, didn’t they? I mean, for New Moon, the one-sheet was released while they were still filming, and Eclipse finished filming in November of last year. Now it's the end of March, and we are only just getting it now. Plus, I also think that it's unusual that the teaser trailer was released before the one-sheet. Umm, it doesn’t usually go like but, however I don't really care now, because were getting it tomorrow!

I hope that it's going to emphasise the love triangle, because that it essentially what Eclipse is about, Bella choosing between Jacob and Edward. So, I’m hoping that the one-sheet has Bella standing in between Edward and Jacob! That would be awesome. I'm not sure if there is going to be anyone in the background, but I know that David Slade is going to have that black, grey and dark red background going on...I’m pretty sure. Oh well, I guess I’ll find out tomorrow! I know what's going to be my wallpaper now ;)

Behind the Scenes : New Moon

All of this extra footage from New Moon is being released now. Summit are obviously trying to get everyone hyped up about the DVD release so that they will want to go to midnight release parties, therefore creating a much larger revenue for Summit. Although, I live in Australia and we don’t get the DVD until Mid April (which sucks), I'm still getting really excited. This "behind the scenes" look that ET did looks so cool. You get to see all of the crew, how the set looked, how the actors/actresses interacted with each other off the camera (sort of) and it’s really great to actually be able to see the amount of work that has been put in to New Moon, beyond what everyone sees in the cinema.

I'm glad that Chris Weitz got some airtime, because I love him. He is so smart, and gorgeous, and funny and just a nice guy. I seriously would want to meet him, just as much as Kellan Lutz, Peter Facinelli, Nikki Reed and all of the other cast members. Not only did he make New Moon such a beautiful film, I truly believe that he is an amazing person, with such a great personality from what everyone knows about him. The cast raved about him, too. Even after filming Eclipse, they were still talking about how amazing of a guy Chris is.

Although, some people would argue that they were just saying that because New Moon was coming out. Even if they didn’t like the director, they would still have to say positive things about them. It isn’t like Peter Facinelli can come out promoting Twilight and say that Catherine Hardwicke was a horrible, unorganised, director who has no technical ability. Despite that, I do seriously feel the cast’s sincerity when they talk about Chris positively.

The crew is always great to see behind the scenes. They work so hard, and nobody even gives them any recognition. Its always "Ashley Greene was so good in New Moon", or "Jackson Rathbone's scene where Jasper attacks Bella was my favourite", and all things like that. I mean, people go to the movies to see their favourite actors/actresses and sometimes, favourite directors.

But, the crew, nobody goes to a film because their favourite cinematographer or screenwriter worked on the film. So, i LOVE seeing them being interviewed and being an actual part of the film that the fans and the general public can see. Even though we don't know them, we can still say "thanks so much", the "special effects" or "the lighting" was "amazing".

It was also interesting to see how they solved difficulties on the set, and such. Like the temperature in Jacob and Bella's "break-up" scene. Also during that scene, it was funny when Kristen was trying to talk, but she just kept getting flooded with water. I knew about the trouble Rob had with the mosquitoes during Edward and Bella's break-up scene, but I didn’t know about the planes flying over, LOL. So, little bits of information like that it’s really interesting to me as a fan, though it may seem tedious to other people.

Summit are hyping everyone up for the DVD with all of the extras...deleted scenes, behind the scenes footage, snippets of Chris' commentary with Peter Lambert etc. That because everyone in the US is getting the DVD in like 4 days or something. However, we Aussies don't get it for over a month. That's so unfair that due to our geographical location, we have to wait longer to get it. Come on, we're all fans so shouldn’t equality come into play somewhere? Oh well, I hope Summit changes it and creates worldwide release dates, not ones for every country where people in France or Canada have to wait WAY longer than he US. Anyway that’s another issue. Back on track: I’m SO excited for the DVD!! :)

Bella's engagement ring!! Totally not surprised

Everyone first saw Bella engagement ring, in the Eclipse teaser trailer, but now we have a much closer look. There is a replica online, and it looks really pretty. Obviously, it’s not real. However, if it was, it would be SO expensive! The there are so many diamond...its huge! I can totally see Edward giving this ring to Bella.

In Eclipse pg.458 is the description of Bella's ring. According to her, the ring is a "long oval, set with slanting rows of glittering round stones. The band was gold - delicate and narrow. The gold made a fragile web around the diamonds"

So from Bella's description, it looks pretty good. It is almost the same...the only noticeable difference I can tell is that I don’t think there is any gold on this ring (I may be wrong though). In the book, the "band was gold" and the "gold made a fragile web around the diamonds". I'm really glad that the costume and props designer took it almost exactly from the book...which the fans will really appreciate.

I knew that Bella's ring was going to be made, and sold. It was inevitable. Summit have already released so much merchandise already...like ridiculously so. Twilight fans will be dying to have Bella's ring, so they made it to match the demand. I know I won’t be getting one, but it’s still really pretty to look at and for Bella to own.

Eclipse Sneak Peek

I got up the other day not expecting anything at all to be released from Summit because we had just seen the Eclipse teaser trailer, but boy was I wrong. I figured considering that we just got the Eclipse teaser trailer, Summit would probably release the next set of footage closer to the release date. However, I was surprised to find that a "Behind The Scenes" for Eclipse was online.

Man, it was SO amazing!!! It was EVERYTHING that I wished the teaser trailer had been. Perhaps that’s why the released it. I know that Summit do communicate with the Twilight fan sites and that they read the fan reactions to the things they release and statements they make. Chris Weitz and Peter Lambert (the editor) were watching the fan reaction videos to the New Moon teaser trailer to get feedback from the fans, they said so themselves at ComicCon ‘09. Anyway, maybe they released this to sort of redeem themselves from how mediocre and ordinary the teaser trailer was. Or perhaps, it could be a result of the changing of editors. Art Jones may have done the teaser trailer, and Summit weren’t happy, but it was too late to change it, so they released it anyway.

I LOVE how it starts of with the words "What you're observing will be the beginning of the end". Which is totally true for hardcore Twilight fans, such as myself. The editing is so much better than the teaser trailer. I really like at the beginning how the clips start and then they get faster and faster and faster. It so exciting and dramatic. Just with the editing, everything is that much cooler and so much more exciting than the teaser. Plus, I really love looking behind the scenes to see how things are shot, the crew, all of the equipment that they cameras are using and everything. I find it really interesting to see the production as well, not just seeing the film. I want to know as many people as possible behind the scenes, because they work just as hard as the actors/actresses, and get hardly any recognition. People go to the movies to see their favourite actors/actress, not their favourite Editor, Composer, Director of Photography, or Screenwriter.

In this sneak peek we actually got to see something new. I'm not saying that we didn’t see anything new in the teaser trailer, but everyone already knew everything that we saw. We knew there was going to be cute Edward and Bella moments, we knew that Jacob wants Bella to choose him, and we knew that Bella was going to have to make a choice between her humanity and becoming a vampire. However, in this we saw SO much more. We saw all of the Cullens, we saw Leah and Seth, we saw Riley and Victoria, we saw the Newborns, we saw the humans, and we saw a hell of a lot of action!! It was exciting to see the Cullens fighting and its something I really want to see that on the big screen because, the Cullens have always been very composed and peaceful (apart from Jasper) so to see them actually use their abilities and become violent against the Newborns is going to be awesome.

We got to see allot more of the wigs. I just have to mention that if think Bella's wig looks pretty good. I saw some pictures during production, and it look awful, however it looks ok on film. Summit have also changed Jackson Rathbone and Nikki Reed's wigs. Jackson's wig, I’m not really sure if I like it. It's so funny, that every film, Jasper has a different hairstyle. I wonder what he is going to have for Breaking Dawn? LOL. Just as I got used to the New Moon wig, Eclipse has another one. It's not bad, it's just different. I suppose it will take some time to grow on me, just like the New Moon wig did. However, for Nikki Reed, I LOVE her wig. Her hairstyle is different too. Her blonde curls are pulled back and are platted. I'm unsure if it's going to be like that the whole film, or just the fighting scene, but I’m sure Rosalie will have her hair down most of the time. Also, Bryce Dallas Howards’ wig still looks pretty bad, but at least it’s the right colour for Victoria this time, unlike Twilight.

We got to see SO many new scenes, which was really exciting. I know TONS of people complain that they feel like the have seen the entire film before they even go to see it. Well, if you don't want to see footage before you see the film, then don’t watch it. Stop complaining because it’s your fault that you watched the footage to began with. Some people do want to see everything, and that’s ok. All up, you probably only see about 15 minutes of the ENITRE film anyway, which is such a small percentage. Anyway, we got to see MANY cool scenes. Victoria killing and turning Riley, The La Push Bonfire, The Volturi coming, Victoria doing some cool stunts, Edward and Bella cute moments, Jacob and Bella moments, and MORE Cullens which I’m really excited about.

This sneak peek makes me feel a lot more confident that Eclipse is going to be a great movie. The teaser trailer did not leave me feeling like I was dying of anticipation for Eclipse. Now, this sneak peek made me SO excited. I'm really liking David Slade's work. I know it's a little early to start praising him, but I find his cinematography beautiful. Let's just hope that Eclipse is as great as I hope it will be. It's my favourite book, so I’ve got every high hopes for my favourite scenes, quotes and everything. I'm hoping that we get the one-sheet soon. Or at least, an official promotional pictures for Eclipse, rather than the poster that we have had since last year.

Bella's Engagement Ring...

The Twilight Lexicon posted a still from the Eclipse teaser trailer with a ring on Bella's finger. Everyone is saying that its the engagement ring, however i'm confused. Bella takes off the wedding ring almost right away. Edward lets her because he would never make her wear it if she doesnt feel ready to. So, i think either they must have changed the script, and just made Bella wear it the entire, changed the location of the proposal to the Meadow, or this is the very end scene where they are going to tell Charlie they are engaged, and she slips it on her finger. Its hard to say because they are only such short clips taken randomly from Eclipse, and nobody knows which scene they are taken from. Although, i'm sure that companies are going to be making millions of replica's of that ring and selling them to Twilight fans just before the film comes out, or after the film comes out. Either way, i know people are going to be wearing those things. You can really see much as it's a blurry picture, and not really a close up for Bella's hand, but i'm excited!! I hope they keep the ring close to the description in the book. By the looks of it, they did.

ECLIPSE TEASER TRAILER!!!

I finally got to watch the Eclipse teaser trailer last night, well it was really this morning, but same thing. Except it was about 45 minutes late because of some technical difficulties, which was VERY frustrating because everyone had seen it, and I was still trying to load the video. Anyway, I eventually got it loaded and obviously watched it. I thought that it was good, but I had expected better. The New Moon teaser trailer blew me away with the werewolf transformation. I was in such shock after seeing that, but the Eclipse teaser was just ok. It didn’t have that massive climatic build that the New Moon teaser did.

Anyway, I think it could possibly have to do with the editor being switched. Art Jones probably already had this teaser done, and Summit wasn’t happy with his work, so they replaced him with Nancy. I’m just speculating here that Summit didn’t have enough time to make a new teaser trailer because they had already announced that the Eclipse trailer was going to be in front of Remember Me, and couldn’t back out. So, they just played what they had. I’m positive that the first trailer is going to be a lot better than this. I’m not saying I didn’t like it, because I did, but I just expected more.

I LOVE that there isn’t a coloured filter over this film and that it’s very clear and clean. Although I LOVED the golden tone of New Moon, I like this one too. Sadly, the only colour filter I hated was that blue over Twilight. That was just shockingly awful. Also, in conjunction with that, the cinematography is beautiful. Just the shots, the composition, the lighting, it’s really stunning visually. Plus, the loved that the opening shot of Summits logo, the theme was changed to fit Eclipse. Usually, Summits logo is blue mountains, however for Eclipse they changed it so that it’s grey, black with a little tinge of red. Awesome! Very dangerous...sort of like its foreshadowing the violence and danger that Victoria, Riley and the Newborns are going to show during that fight scene.

There were quite a few quotes from the book, which I was happy about. They may not be direct quotes, but they are very close or just have been paraphrased a little bit. Although, some of the lines that Rob, Kristen and Taylor are delivering are pretty dead pan. Which doesn’t surprise me with Kristen and Rob, because that’s how they act. However, Jacob is supposed to be very cocky, confident and arrogant however, here he seems very emotional, gentle and extremely vulnerable. Jacob was hardly gentle in Eclipse. In New Moon he was, but not so much in Eclipse. I don’t really want to judge too much because these clips are just snippets of film, and I could totally be taking the tone out of context. But that’s just what I got from reading the book and Summit tend to stick pretty close. Otherwise if they don’t, they know they will have a million Twilight fans go ape shit on their assess.

OK, Bryce Dallas Howard. Ummm, I miss Rachelle SO much!! I’m not a big fan of Bryce like I am with the other cast such as Alex Meraz, Anna Kendrick, Michael Welch, Peter Facinelli, Kellan Lutz etc. Perhaps it’s just because I’m used to Rachelle being Victoria and not Bryce. Rachelle really loved the saga BEFORE it was famous or big. Plus she has just a beautiful personality, and a lovely caring heart. Nobody has gotten anything from Bryce Dallas Howard. Anyway, I haven’t looked on Bryce that kindly since she turned down Twilight because it wasn’t big enough. Now that it’s a big thing, she is “honoured” to play Victoria. I don’t like that kind of attitude. Only choosing roles based on popularity. That’s ridiculous. It seems she is only doing Eclipse because Twilight is popular now, resulting in lots of media exposure and recognition. I don’t like her essentially using Twilight as a means to further her career. Twilight is SO much more than just some stupid popular trend that everyone wants to jump n the bandwagon. I find that kind of behaviour disrespectful to the saga.

From what I can see from this trailer the sets are gorgeous and the costumes look pretty good as well. However, the same can’t be said about the make-up. Who was their make-up artist? Seriously! Robert, Dakota and Bryce Dallas Howards’ make-up is awful. It looks uneven, blotchy, and just really really unnatural. In New Moon they did a really good job, but now it’s like they have reverted back to that hideous make-up that Catherine Hardwicke was using. I feel really bad for actors, because they are immortal on film, and that image of them looking like that is going to remain around for a long, long time. Plus, the red lipstick? Seriously, Edward kind of looks like a clown. Although, Bella’s and Charlie’s make-up looks great. Perhaps they just went a little overboard with the pale white make-up for the vampires.

I have to add that I was a little concerned about Bella’s wig, because some pictures that fans took while Kristen was just sitting around waiting to shoot, looked horrible. However, I think I really like the wig. It didn’t stick out as bad or fake or anything of the such, so I like it. I can’t say the same for Bryce Dallas Howard’s wig though. I think that looks so bad!! Just fake, and unnatural and kind of looks like Barbie doll hair, which it probably is. Oh well, you can’t win them all. Of course it’s going to look different, because Rachelle’s hair was real, whereas Byrce’s isn’t. I really hope that it doesn’t distract me from the film when Eclipse comes out.

I was a little disappointed that the Eclipse teaser trailer was anti-climatic. I mean, with New Moon everything just keeps building up; the camera shots get faster, the music gets more dramatic, and then boom, total climax was when Jake phases. With Eclipse, there is nothing like that. It’s just a series of clips one after the other. Although, there is dramatic music, to an extent, it just wasn’t the suspenseful, exciting, on the edge of your seat type of teaser. That’s ok; there is nothing wrong with that. I’m just saying that it wasn’t as exciting as the New Moon teaser trailer. What I’m trying to say was that it was a little bit slow.

Now, Edward’s hair is like a dark brown. Umm, wardrobe, Make-up and Hair, Edwards hair is GOLDEN BRONZE. How hard is it to go down to Safeway and buy 20 dollar hair dye? Not hard. They didn’t put much effort in. I was happy with Rob’s hair that goldenly/brown colour in New Moon. However, this hair colour is just like Rob’s natural hair and they couldn’t be bothered doing it. Perhaps they didn’t think anyone would notice. Umm, if they didn’t know by now, Twilight analyses the hell out of everything, and notice EVERY single little detail, no matter how insignificant it is.

Overall, it’s a good look into Eclipse. I didn’t see some of the scenes I thought they were going to put in there, but it’s just a teaser. I suppose they wanted to keep some of the more popular or better scenes for later trailers closer to when the film comes out to get everyone hyped up and excited. Kristen looked really pretty in the trailer, so why can’t she do that everyday, without the stoned or hung-over look. Oh and I got to add in, how great is Billy Burke. He is in the trailer for like 2 seconds, and he is just great. Billy’s just a great actor, plus he is super hot. Now, I wonder when the trailer is going to be out. Probably not for months now, I’m guessing early or mid May? Oh, well. They need to start releasing promotional pictures soon and some stills. Please Summit??

Summit Tweet about Eclipse Trailer

Summit tweeted from their official twitter about the Eclipse teaser trailer. Summit tweeted: "Tomorrow morning be on the lookout for the worldwide 10-second sneak peek of the #EclipseTrailer". Finally! I'm so excited for see anything from Eclipse. I mean, they haven’t even released a one-sheet, and I know I’m probably repeating myself but they finished filming last year. During those four months there were only three released pictures, and a few leaks. Plus, it’s been painful waiting for what seems like forever. It was made 100 times worse because David Slade teased everyone last year that the teaser trailer was going to be a new year’s gift. Now its mid-March and we are only just getting it!!! So, I’m very excited that the 10 second peek of the teaser trailer is coming out in a few hours. Summit obviously released US times, so if my IPod's time converter is correct, then it should be released at 1 tonight, which is in just over 3 hours.

Twilight Source have also revealed that the whole teaser trailer will be available online on the 11th of March at 6am PT and 9 ET, which for Australia will be Friday 13th at 1:00am. The Twilight Source staff are very reliable and always check in with Summit to make sure everything they post is legitimate. I'm going to blog about the whole teaser trailer when it’s released and what I think of it, but not the 10 second peek. I know its HUGE and everything, but I’d rather do it when we get the whole teaser. It would feel incomplete just to do the 10 second peek rather than just wait for the whole teaser to be released. I can’t wait!! :)

Summit Itunes Update

Finally Summit has updated data on their official Itunes site, for the first time since November '09. This time it’s a short look at the production of the score for New Moon. It has clips of the recording, Chris Weitz, Alexandre Desplat and Peter Lambert talking about the score, how it fits into the film etc. It’s really cool, because we haven’t received anything from Summit in a long time. They know how passionate the fans are, and withholding information for a long period of time isn’t going to make the fans particularly happy. So, I suppose in releasing this so close to the New Moon DVD, I assume some more in-depth version of this is going to be included into the DVD extras. Which is really exciting, because I love looking at all of the behind the scenes, production and added extras that Summit has allowed to be included on the DVD. Seeing them in the editing room, and know they worked so hard for us, is really nice to see. The behind the scenes just gives the audience a second dimension to the film, and can more thoroughly appreciate all of the work and effort that goes into a film. Not just the actors, but the crew who really made the film. I'm not saying the actor didn’t make the film, because they did, only that they crew work just as hard with little or no recognition, and its nice to see them have a place on the DVD. Thank you, Summit. The fans really appreciate you sharing information about the films. So, please can we have the Eclipse trailer yet? We're dying over here.

Anna Kendrick's Stylist

Anna Kendrick has the greatest stylist ever!! Well, majority of the time her dresses are amazing, only a small percentage are just hideous, which is very rare. My favourite one was a white dress she wore by Elie Saab, which is gorgeous!! I'm totally in LOVE with it! Ever other dress is nothing in comparison to it. It's now my dream dress. It's very unusual, and if i saw it designed on a piece of paper, I’m sure I wouldn’t like it. But, its one HOT dress. It looks gorgeous on Anna, and suits her figure perfectly. I would be so worried on getting it dirty because its white and knowing me, I’d get it filthy. Either by walking over something, or sitting on something. Anna is SO lucky!! All of these designers are giving her all of these beautiful dress to wear and jewellery to put on. Every girls dream but she has deserves it. I'm so in love with Anna Kendrick at the moment. She is an amazing actress!! One of the best!! Kristen is nothing in comparison to Anna. Kristen can’t act and Anna is a skilled and talented actress. Plus, Anna can dance, sing, act and has performed in Broadway productions before she did film. Wow, talk about a natural actress. She just makes it look so effortless. Anyway, back to her stylist. I really want to see something else that Elie Saab has designed. Just to know if she is a great designer or that dress is just a one-off, one of a kind dress.

Eclipse Teaser Trailer

Summit has said that the Eclipse teaser trailer will be release before Remember Me, but also it will be online before the film comes out. It's the 9th now, and Remember Me is released on the 11th so I would imagine it will be online within 42 hours. If Summit hasn’t released it then, I suppose it doesn’t matter because someone will just film it before Remember Me and put it on YouTube. I'm so dying to see a teaser trailer because Eclipse finished filming in early November of ‘09, and it’s March in 2010. That’s a long time and the only thing that has been officially released are 3 pictures. All of those leaks don’t count, because they weren’t supposed to come out for the fans. I wonder why Summit is delaying all of this footage. I know they released a lot for New Moon, but they were only tiny snippets of scenes. So many people were complaining that they saw too much of New Moon before the film had even been released. Well, if they didn’t want to see too much of New Moon, then why did they watch the teaser, the trailer, the TV spots and the sneak peaks? It’s ridiculous. To be honest, I couldn’t get enough of New Moon footage. Anyway, it’s been so long since Eclipse had finished filming, and nothing has been released. I remember while New Moon was still shooting, Summit had released the one-sheet, and by the time they had finished, they had released the first teaser trailer. I wonder what is taking Summit so long. It might just be because they are trying to keep some distance from the New Moon DVD release, and the Eclipse stuff. Just to extend the sales of New Moon merchandise or something. It might largely have something to do with the changing of the editor, but no one can be 100 percent sure, Anyway, I’m so DYING to see it!! I'm going to watch it a million times!! Literally, I’m not joking either.

Oscars

I'm devastated that Anna Kendrick didn’t win an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress because she was amazing in Up in the Air, which coincidentally is my favourite film. I suppose it will do wonders for her career just to be nominated, but I would have LOVED to see her win. Oh well, she is so amazing. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was back next year. Anna's dress was SO beautiful!! It was gorgeous! Whoever her stylist is, they did a good job. Anna had also said the dress she wore was a back up from the blue one she was supposed to be wearing. Anyway, it was a stunning dress. Kristen and Taylor were also there to present an Oscar. Which, I’m suspecting that they were only invited so that the entire Twilight fandom would tune it to watch the Oscars. Apparently last year, their ratings weren’t that good, so they invited all of these young Hollywood stars to come (some of them aren’t even good actors/actresses). I mean, they invited Miley Cyrus, Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. Disney stars at the Oscars?? It sort of just brought down the evening. I mean, the Oscars are supposed to be for amazingly talented actresses, actors, directors, cinematographers etc to show gratitude for their skills and their contribution to film. However, I doubt if Miley Cyrus is going to be nominated for an Oscar ever!! Nothing against her personally, but she can’t act. I feel that they were only invited so that younger viewers will tune in to watch. Other than that, I was pretty happy with them, apart from Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin's bad attempts at humour. So not funny guys!! Anyway, Kristen looked ok, and as always, Taylor looked dashing in his D&G suit. Hope Anna gets nominated or wins something next year. I’m sure she will because she is SO brilliant and is now being recognised for her talent. Go Anna!!

Taylor dropped Max Steal

I'm sad to say this, but I’m glad. He was typecasting himself too much with just plain action films which would get VERY monotonous. I hope that he is smart and chooses to diversify some of the roles he is accepting to do. Taylor has got a lot of films lined up, so I’m hoping that he choose wisely. He has pulled out of a few recently, but I’m not sure if its because the schedules are conflicting, he changed his mind or is just trying to play his cards right with the roles he is being offered. Either way, I really hope Taylor gets smart, and starts picking films which will allow longevity to his career and not just be a short-lived stupid action star like Tom Cruse or something. I know that is what Taylor always wanted, but he can do that do, as well as other roles which will subsequently make his career more successful and not just like a “15 minutes of fame” scenario. That would be a bad move.

Eclipse Editor Switched...

I have been dying without the internet for the last week or so. I just moved into University and they haven’t set up the internet for students, so everyone has been going mental. However, I finally got it working late last night and was catching up on all of the news I missed. This is probably one of the biggest stories. Eclipse's editor (Art Jones) has been fired and replaced with the editor from Twilight, Nancy Richardson.

This is shocking because there was no reason to switch them. Summit must have been unhappy with the work he was doing and felt they had no other option than to replace him. I think that is horrible for Art, however if he was a bad editor, then I’m glad they did replace him as awful as that sounds. Eclipse would suffer so much if there wasn’t a top notch and talented editor working as hard as they can to get Eclipse ready by the release date which is pretty soon. The rate the films are being release may have been a contributing factor to Art Jones being replaced. Although I didn’t dig Twilight as much as New Moon, I hope that Nancy is a good editor and that Twilight just didn’t show her skills.

As much as I don’t care about the editors really, this is huge because it makes a direct impact on the films. I mean, I didn’t know anything about Peter lambert until I discovered that he and Chris Weitz are doing the New Moon commentary together. Although, this is just a little worrying because the edit mustn’t be going as smoothly as Summit has initially planned. And if things aren’t going the way they were planned, that is bad news for every fan of the saga. I just hope they have it up to scratch for the release; otherwise the fans will be furious.

David Slade has been known to do very dark films, so perhaps Art and David made Eclipse with too much of a focus on the action and didn't nail the romance aspect of the film. The Twilight Saga is a romance, so if they missed the central conflict and the love triangle and just shoved it with action to try and bring in a male audience, I'm worried. That and also Nancy Richardson just recently finished editing The Last Song with Miley Cyrus. Ew, i can't stand her. Nancy appears to do romantic stories such as Twilight and Nicolas' Sparks screenplay, The Last Song. I don't know any of her other work, apart from Thirteen.

So perhaps her input will help put more of the love story back into a dark film that David has made. I really hope both of them balance each other out and make it great but I'm not a fan of Nancy. Twilight wasn't the greatest film, and I thought that Peter Lambert did an amazing job with New Moon. I just hope it doesn't show Nacy's flaws against a great editor like Peter. I'm a little worried now, because none of the fans had any idea that there were issues with the film. I am just crossing my fingers and hoping for the best because it doesn't look good at the moment.

BAFTAs!!

I've just seen the winners for the BAFTAs and I’m really surprised. Avatar didn’t win as many awards as I thought it would, given its popularity. Avatar only won 2 BAFTAs!! I'm so glad, because although I loved the film, it was more commercialised than its competitors. The Hurt Locker was the film this year at the BAFTAs, taking out 6 awards including Best Picture and Original Screenplay!! The most of the evening! However, I am so disappointed that Up in the Air only won one for Adapted Screenplay, but it’s better than nothing. I was really hoping Anna Kendrick would win an award, but i suppose it’s still nice that she was nominated in the first place. What I’m most disappointed for was Kristen Stewart winning the Orange Rising Star Award!! I mean, that award is biast anyway, because its fan voted!! No matter what Kristen does or how bad she acts, the Twilight fans are going to be behind her and blindly vote for her. Which sucks because she didn’t deserve that award. She can’t act either!! It kind of tainted the evening to have all of these amazingly talented actor, actresses, directors and writers then have stupid Kristen win an award!! Against Carey Mulligan!! That ridiculous! I'm sorry!! I support the Twilight cast as much as I can, however when something is given when it obviously isn’t deserved, I get angry. She didn’t event look happy to be there, she never looks happy. I suppose “happy” doesn’t fall within Kristen’s acting range, she only does “moppy” and “high”. Kristen Stewart is a lovely girl. Very strong, beautiful, opinionated, and determined however acting just isn’t her job. If she must do it, please get acting lesson from somebody....preferably a professional. Anyway, the BAFTAs were pretty cool, although I had kind of wished that Up in the Air had won more awards, because it was a brilliant film.

Taylor's Northern Lights"

Taylor had to pull out of the film "Northern Lights" because of scheduling conflicts. I know this sounds horrible, but I’m glad. I love Taylor so much, but I hope that he doesn’t get to do half of the films that he has signed up for. I know that sounds awful, but I just don’t want Taylor to get type casted! That's my only concern with Taylor's film choices. With Kristen, she has picked a large variety, from a stripper in "Welcome to the Rileys" to rock ledged Joan Jett in "The Runaways" and boring, pathetic Bella Swan in "Twilight". However, Taylor films are all action with what I would imagine the substance of a Michal Bay "Transformers" remake; lots of action and explosions, and not much going on. It would be awesome to see Taylor pick films like Anna Kendrick has, such as "Up in the Air" which is one of my favourite films! Love it! So, I’m kind of happy that Taylor hasn’t been able to do "Northern Lights". Please Taylor, choose better films that will show range and produce longevity in Hollywood.

Kristen Stewart is currently doing press for The Yellow Hankerchief, with her co-star Eddie. However, most of the questions are directed towards Kristen and obvious Twilight. Kristen has just said that she and Taylor will be presenting at the Oscars! Wow, thats so exciting! Its Kristen and Taylor's first Oscars. I remember last year, when Rob presented, he literally looked like he was going to throw up; he was so nervous. Kristen has said she is nervous, and who wouldnt be. Its not the MTV movie awards, it's the Acadamy Awards! This is big A list hollywood! However, i'm not worried about Taylor. It appears that speaking in front of a large audience doesnt bother him, and he speaks so articulate and eloquently that i have no doubt he will be confident! I'm so excited to see what they are going to wear!!

Eclipse Trailer News

Summit just tweeted today that the fans were right; The Eclipse trailer will be played before Remember Me. Which is totally unsurprising, because thats what everyone expected. It was so blantly obvious thats where they'd release it. They also said something else which i'm not exactly sure how to interpret. They said "stay tuned for more information on where you can see it earlier that week". So, i'm assuming that they are going to be releasing it online before it plays before Remember Me. I don't understand why Summit would release the trailer when it's going to be showing before Remember Me. If people see it online, then i'm sure that Summit are going to lose some people who are only going to see Remember Me because of the Eclipse teaser before the film. Hmmm, maybe they will only release a teaser or the teaser trailer, like they did with New Moon. It was only 14 second, that teaser of the trailer. So, perhaps Summit are going to do the same thing again. Oh well! I'm so excited for when Summit release the trailer! Everyone has been waiting SO long!! Its been months and all we have is 1 photo and some leaked photos! Hurry up Eclipse, I'm dying here!!

The British Acadamy Film Awards (BAFTA) nominees has been released. If you arn't familar with the BAFTA's then it's essientially the UK equilvivant of the Oscars. So, as you expect half of the films on the Oscar noms are on the BAFTA's too. So you have Avatar, An Education, Push, The Hurt Locker, District 9 and of course, my favourite film, Up in the Air!!! The BAFTA's are being aired on the 21st of Feb!!

Eclipse Trailer before Remember Me??

Since it has been metaphorically forever and Summit still hasnt released the teaser trailer, i'm beinging to think that they arn't going to release one, and are going to go straight for a normal trailer. Which does upset me because David Slade teased us last year with the trailer as a New Years gift that he wasn't able to release, i'm suspecting because Summit didnt want to release it. So, if they arn't going to release a teaser trailer ( i REALLY hope they do) then i imagine the next trailer would play before Remember Me starring Rob. The audience is right demographic, Rob is one of the main characters, the film is owned my Summit, and it's release date in on the 11th of March, which is just over 3 weeks. Summit also did this last year, when they released a sneak peek of New Moon before their film Band Slam. Summit made a larger box-office for Band Slam because Twilight fans went to the cinema to see the footage of New Moon that was released before the film. I can totally picture Summit doing the same thing again for Remember Me! Not that they need to, because i'm sure every Rob obsessed fan will be seeing it. Me? No so much. Remember Me doesnt really hold my attention because i'm a Twilight fan, not particularlly a Rob fan in general. But, i do know tons of people who have a countdown and are dying for Remember Me to come out. So, I'm almost positive that Summit are going to put something before Remember Me. They would be stupid not to.

I got up this morning not expecting anything at all about Eclipse, because Summit has released nothing about it apart from 3 pictures which are essientially all the same anyway. But, to my surprise, there were like literally 16 or so pictures which had been leaked. I know, i shouldn't look at the leaked stuff, but considering i didnt read the leaked Eclipse script when i had the chance, i couldn't pass up picutres from the film. I mean, they finished filmed at the start of November last year and its mid Feburary 2010 and there was nothing. Not even a short teaser trailer, so i really couldnt help myself.

Wow, this is obviously the scene from the chapter "Compromise" in Eclipse when Edward and Bella are spending the night truly alone, and she tries to seduce him. By the looks of things, David Slade has recreated Edwards bedroom so simliar that you can hardly tell the difference. Also, i totally love that Edward had bought Bella a golden bed, just like he did in the book. Although, i hope he gives it to her when he goes away hunting, and Bella sleeps on the couch because she thinks the bed is unneccessary. I really hope that David has the attention to detail that Chris did, because i can see that Bella is wearing the bracelet that Jacob gave her as a graduation present, so i hope so. LOL, i love it how Bella is trying to take of Edward shirt! Haha, just from the book. I like that Bella is still wearing a tartin shirt and that it matches with Edwards grey. So cute!!

These two pictures are just close ups of the ones that Summit has released before. I'm almost positive that this is the end scene in Eclipse where they are making out the in Meadow, where Edward finally gives in to Bella's demands, and then she changes her mind and says she wants to do it "right". Marriage first. They look so happy and content here. It's adorable!!

Victoria, Riley and Edward. Hmmm, obviously the fight scene in the middle of the woods. I love how the background is all icy and cold, just like it was in the books. For some reason, i imagined Riley with blonde spiky hair, sorta like Charlie Bewley has. But, i suppose its ok, as long as he is a good actor, which i'm sure he is because he has stared in films with Shane Jacobson! Bryce Dallas Howard doesnt look as good as Rachelle, but i don't want to judge her before i see the actual film. My dislike of her might just be a reaction to Summit firing Rachelle. Edward looks really strange here, but maybe it's just the still.

I cant exactly tell what scene this is, becasue there are lots of scenes where Edward and Bella are just hanging out in her room at night. They both look happy though. I still love that Bella has Jacob's dream catcher still hanging from above her bed! That is so cute that she kept it there.

I don't remember Bella and Edward going to the Meadow more than once in Eclipse. I can only remember at the end of the book! In those pictures though they are wearing different clothing, so i'm not sure why they are in the Meadow here. Anyway, they do look really cute together here.

Breaking Dawn in 3D

There have been rumours around that Breaking Dawn is going to be 3D considering that it's big right now, what with Avatar in 3D. Honestly, I think I really like the idea. Some fans are totally against it, but I happen to like it. However, I think it would be a good idea to make the first half of Breaking Dawn 2D and the second Breaking Dawn 3D. It would be a useful tool to show how vampire sees things differently. I remember that Bella woke up a vampire, and realised that everything was so bright and vibrant, and having the second Breaking Dawn in 3D would be a good way to visualise the difference between human and vampire. I'm sure that having 3D would be a lot more expensive, and I don't know if Summit are going to give Breaking Dawn a big enough budget to be able to have it in 3D. I really hope they do, because it would be AWESOME!!

New Eclipse pictures

I didn’t really feel like blogging this because we have seen a very similar picture before, but I though I should. It's just Bella in the meadow with Edward. It looks like it's at the very end of Eclipse where Edward agrees to have sex but then Bella changes her mind and wants to do it after marriage, just like Edward initially wanted to. Some people were freaking out because Bella is straddling Edward, but I think it's very tame. Despite their suggestive position, Bella still looks so innocent, naive and pure. It doesn’t look passionate or heated at all. I'm a little upset that there are three pictures that have been released, and they are almost essentially the same, only a tiny bit different. Anyway, it's better than nothing I suppose, but I would rather see three different pictures of different scenes, than three almost identical pictures. Oh well, beggars can't be choosers.

Taylor Lautner's 18th Birthday

TAYLOR LAUTNER HAS FINALLY TURNED 18!! Now, he is TOTALLY LEGAL!!!!!! Well, a couple of days ago, but considering the time difference between Australia and America, i didnt want to blog untill it was the 10th of Feb in America! Everyone is so happy that its his birthday, and they don't feel so perverted to find Taylor attractive anymore. When Access Hollywood asked what Taylor was doing on his birthday he said nothing. Which was somewhat true. I'm sure that Taylor just wanted to spend time with his friends and family without the media, and the paparazzi smothering him. Although, he was seen at the gym with his trainer, so i'm glad to see that he is still working out, because a few fans were concerned that he wasnt as big as he used to be. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TAYLOR! I hope you have many more to come!!

Breaking Dawn logo

There has been this Breaking Dawn logo that’s been floating around on the internet for about 24 hours now. Some people online are adamant that it's a legitimate leak by Summit but I’m not convinced. As much as I would love to delude myself that it’s real, these are the reasons why I think that it isn’t.

Firstly, Breaking Dawn hasn’t even been officially green lit yet. Everyone knows that it is going to be made however without Summits confirmation I doubt they would be doing any work on logos or posters. It's just way too soon. I'm sure they are more concerned with the script, filming locations, and hair and make up etc.

Secondly, the colours. The leaked Breaking Dawn's logo is silver, black and red. Umm wait...isn't Eclipse's colour scheme silver, black and red?? Yes, it is. Why would Summit want to have a similar logo for Breaking Dawn? I mean, all of the books are totally different from each other, and have their own colour scheme. Twilight was blue, New Moon was goldenly Brown and Eclipse is silver and red. Summit wouldn’t have Breaking Dawn the same colour scheme as Eclipse.

Those are my two reasons. I really doubt that this is legitimate because fans do tons and tons of photo shopped art and creative drawings, fan fiction and lots of things like that all the time. I think this is just someone who have taken the Eclipse poster and turned it into Breaking Dawn. I can understand why, because there has been such a drought at the moment that fans are trying to keep themselves preoccupied to pass the time while we are waiting for our teaser trailer. The wait is KILLING ME!!! Hurry up!!!.....Please??

BREAKING DAWN NEWS!!!!

Deadline Hollywood is reporting that they have several sources informing them that Breaking Dawn is going to be two films, and are filming back-to-back that is going to begin filming in mid October. They also say that Summit is looing at "high end" directors for the two part film and that Melissa Rosenberg, who adapted Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse, is going to be doing to do both screenplays for Breaking Dawn 1 and Breaking Dawn 2.

I'm SO excited for this, because it's some confirmation that Breaking Dawn is going to be two films! YES!! That's exactly what I wanted; Breaking Dawn is a huge book and I honestly believe that if they tried to make it one film, that it would seem extremely rushed and not have the natural progression that the book had. Plus, more Taylor, Rob, Kristen, Peter, Kellan, Nikki, Ashley and the entire cast, is perfectly fine by me. Although, I will be a little disappointed if Summit are just intentionally dragging it out unnecessarily. I suppose that it's smart of Summit to do that because they are going to make a much larger profit if they have two films instead of one. I'm sure Summit were looking at Harry Potter and thought that was a great idea to split the Half Blood Prince and thought that they could do that for Breaking Dawn, due to Twilights popularity and the fact that it's almost over. Stephenie only wrote 4 books, and Summit will make a bigger profit off of 5 films than 4 films. Also, filming back-to-back is going to save money on the actors, locations, crew etc

A production period of mid October wouldn’t surprise me. The cast are being offered scripts like crazy (particularly Rob, Kristen and Taylor) and they all have tons of films lined up to film, so having all of the actors available to film these is going to be difficult. It's way to soon to shoot in March, April, May because Robert's filming Bel Ami, I'm sure that Taylor is going to be filming one of his projects, possibly Northern Lights and Kristen will probably be filming K-11 along with Nikki Reed. I'm pretty sure that Summit just wants to film it as soon and fast as they possibly can so that they can so that they can avoid some of the cast getting any more roles which would make them unable to film Breaking Dawn. Also, the sooner they film it, the longer they can spend in post-production before I suspect the first Breaking Dawn to be released in late 2011 and part 2 in late 2012. Plus, Breaking Dawn in heavy on CGI, which will give them more time to perfect it.

Summit looking for a "high end" director doesn’t surprise me. Considering they are scoring composers like Alexandre Desplat and Howard Shore, these amazing Oscar winning composers, Summit is going to want a very talented director to try and make Breaking Dawn as good as it can possibly be. I'm sure that Summit will factor in the heavy amount of CGI that has to be used, and skills that are required to pull that off. I mean, Summit seems to be getting better. Seriously, just look at Catherine Hardwicke's CGI and the Chris Weitz's CGI. They are worlds apart!!! So, I don't think Summit want to go backwards and upset the fans, so they are pulling out the big cards, because they know no matter what, fans are going to see it and if they like it, they will probably see it more than once in the cinema, therefore increasing their profit. It totally makes sense. Also, just as an after thought, a famous director may also attract other people to see the film other than the fans of the book.

I'm just waiting and waiting for Summit to actually release some information about Breaking Dawn. Although, Summit hasn’t said anything yet, I think that this information would be pretty accurate. Breaking Dawn has been talked about at Summit since New Moon and Eclipse were green lit. All of the fans were too, because New Moon and Eclipse were green lit, but nobody said anything about Breaking Dawn. It's been a long time since then, so it's only a matter of time before Summit release a statement informing everyone about Breaking Dawn. All of the actor probably know information but are not allowed to release anything to the press, obviously because BooBoo Stewart accidentally slipped back last year saying he was optioned for three films; Eclipse, Breaking Dawn 1 and Breaking Dawn 2! Taylor's typecasting himself...Oh oh!!

After Taylor Lautner's exposure from Twilight, he has many more films that are either coming out, or he has signed on to. There are so many! First, there is "Valentine's Day" and "Eclipse" which he has already filmed and are due to be released soon. But he has many which he is yet to film including, " Northern Lights", "Max Steel", evidently "Breaking Dawn 1&2", "Cancun", "Vision Quest", and now "Stretch"

Taylor has made is very obvious that he wishes to go into action/drama movies like the ones that Brad Pitt, Matt Damon are involved in. So, the offers have been rolling in because Taylor is hot property right now. I'm so worried that Taylor is typecasting himself into these stupid action movies. That would suck because then nobody would take him seriously and just see him as an "Arnold Schwarzenegger " type actor, who can only do one type of character, which totally isn’t true for Taylor’s acting ability.

Taylor is a much better actor than some lame action hero. I'm concerned because "Max Steel" is an action superhero role, "Cancun" is an action martial arts role, "Northern Lights" is an action airplane film, "Stretch" is an action superhero role, "Vision Quest" is an wrestler action film set in high school, and I'm sure that Summit is going to make “Breaking Dawn” allot more action packed so that more guys may see it. I'm just worried that Taylors career may fizzle out if he only does the same role over and over with slight variation.

I mean, he idolises Matt Damon, but even he does serious roles, like Invictus. I just wish that Taylor would have a little more variety within the genres he does. I mean, he can do action roles. Just I don't think it's smart to do 6 of them consecutively, because many people may get bored of them, and not want to watch them after a certain period of time. If the audience doesn’t want to watch them, there goes demand, and of course movie studios aren’t' going to hire Taylor for anymore action roles because nobody is watching them.

I really hope Taylor's dream of becoming an action star isn’t going to destroy his chances of having a long and successful career because he has talent, and he is going to become a better actor as time goes on. I really hoping this isn’t his downfall, because he is such a nice guy, and I would love to see him become respected as an actor, and not blow it on overproduced, predictable action flicks with little or no substance to them at all. I don't want to see Taylor's career fail over something he has wanted so much! That would be so sad, because I think he is a much better actor than Robert and Kristen, however I do think their movie choices are allot smarter than Taylors'. Sorry, Taylor I love you, but please have some diversity with the roles you choose.

Kellan's Calvin Klein Under Ad

OMG!!!!!!! I nearly died when I saw this. He is sooo sexy!!! SO perfect!!! I totally love that cheeky smile on his face. Kellan is so totally ripped!!! When he was on the Ellen show when she asked his to take off his shirt for charity, he wasn’t allowed. I bet he had probably signed a contract with Calvin Klein by then, and wasn’t allowed to do so because his photos would expose his body, and give more attention to their brand. I can totally see them doing that! No reason for this post, just he is SO F-KING HOT!!! Kellan deserves this. I'm so glad he is in white under, so we can see… hmmm how the underwear..."fits" well, I guess you could say. ;) I wonder if Kellan stuffed his underwear because everyone in those ads always looks so large. "Up in the Air" has 6 Oscar Noms!! WOOHOO!!!

YES!!! I knew it, I KNEW IT!!!! Hah, in my mums face!!! She thought that "Up in the Air" was just "another movie" in her words and had compared it to the "The Bucket List" which is shit. Even Rotten Tomatoes agrees, it gave "The Bucket List" a rating of 42% where as "Up in the Air" got a rating of 90%! Take that!! There is NO comparison between those two movies!!! My mum just doesn’t know how to analyse a film, or know a good one when she sees it. Now I predicted this when I saw "Up in the Air" back in January, when it came had just come out. I knew there was Oscar buzz before I saw it, which was one of the reason why I wanted to see it, and also because the fabulous Anna Kendrick was in it!

I'd be happy is "Up in the Air" won any of them, but considering Avatar is nominated for almost everything, it may be hard. Although, I saw the box-office blockbuster Avatar, it was amazing although I did have a lot of criticisms. However, for "Up in the Air" which I just reread my review just then, and I can remember perfectly that I walked out of the cinema and had nothing negative to say about any of it!! I couldn’t find one flaw in it! Considering no one I know has seen "Up in the Air" as it wasn’t a big blockbuster movie like Avatar was, I really hope it gets some recognition for the brilliant movie it is, and not just be cast aside for popular movies like Avatar.

As much as I love Avatar, I wasn’t really feeling the story line that much, it was basically just like Pocahontas which is a Disney film, it was WAYYY too long, I thought that it was NEVER going to end, and sometimes I though the movie was "telling" things to the audience rather than showing them, which is never good. I'm not saying I hated it, because I really didn’t, I love it. James Cameron knows how to evoke emotion out of the audience really well with characters, but I did have some issues with it, and I hope it doesn’t overshadow films, just based on popularity.

Oh well, it's the Oscars, so you would hope that all of the amazing films are given the awards and not just based on popularity like the MTV Movie Awards! So, I’m whole heartedly rooting for "Up in the Air" because it has become one of my favourite films, kicking of Brokeback Mountain, Titanic, and Casablanca. I hope they at least get one, but also since "Precious" is up for many of the awards that "Up in the Air" is, I’m sure that it's going to sweep the awards like "Avatar" will. Let’s just hope not.

Alex's Health

Just now, I saw a picture of Alex Meraz at a Twilight convention. He looks really ill, it’s such a worry. I know he has to lose 40 pounds for a role that he isn’t allowed to specify yet, but still. I really hope that this major weight loss isn’t taking a tole of his health, because the last thing anyone would want is for Alex's health to deteriorate because of his work. Especially since he is a fine athlete, he would have to give his martial arts up for a while. Especially since Alex was the biggest of the wolf pack in New Moon. His wife and son would really suffer if he was to fall ill because of this diet he is on When he finishes this role, he has to put all of the weight back on for Breaking Dawn, so I’m just praying that this yo-yo dieting that has been prevalent in Hollywood doesn’t affect him, because there is nothing more scary than someone like Renee Zellwegger going from a size 0 to a Bridget Jones weight constantly. Hope your still healthy, Alex!

Hope for Haiti

It's so great to see the Twilight cast out doing charities and work outside of their status as a celebrity. Peter Facinelli does lots of charities all the time, not notably with Alex's Lemonade. However, Anna Kendrick, Rachelle Lefevre, Robert Pattinson, Ashley Greene, Taylor Lautner, Tinsel Korey, Kellan Lutz have all been seen contributing to help Haiti. Tinsel Korey was the MTV online correspondent as well as dropping of Jeans with Kellan Lutz for "Teens for Jeans", which Ashley Greene has supported Haiti with as well. Robert Pattinson was a presenter on Hope for Haiti which was set up by George Clooney to help raise money. Also there were Anna Kendrick and Taylor Lautner who answered phones for people who had donated money. Rachelle was in Canada where she was helping out and she gave blood to the Red Cross, even though she is so scared of needles. It's great to see that the Twilight cast is full of such good people, who seem to genuinely care, not just about fans, but people in general. I'm sure the other cast members would haven’t been seen doing anything, or have been too busy with work to help out, I can totally see them donating what they had, even if it seems to be really small. Everything will add up. I'm so proud to be a Twilight fan right now, because everyone has united together to help out people we don't even know get though such devastating circumstances. Just shows you the power of humanity. Whenever something horrible happens, like Hurricane Katrina, The Twin Towers bombing, The Victorian Bushfires, and now the Earthquake is Haiti, everyone always comes together, and helps out. It's truly inspiring.

Oh, and i thought it was so uncomfortable that when Taylor was taking calls, he was seated next to Selena Gomez, and Taylor Swift was there, she performed "Breathless" and took calls. I just hope their "break-up" or whatever you call what they had, wasn't bad, because you would have to see them everywhere, both Serena and Taylor Swift. This is just another example. Ouch!

New Moon DVD Extras

On a Scandinavian site, they have released very detailed features that are going to be on the 3 disk special edition of New Moon. Wow, you should see all of the extras; I’m going to go into overload! Obviously this isn’t the copy everyone will be getting, as it isn’t in English, but just looking at the features will give us an idea of what to expect on the English 3 disk special version of New Moon. It’s killing me that we are being made to wait ALL the way until the end of March before we can even get the DVD!!! It’s not even February yet, so we have a LONG two months wait until it’s released. It’s going to be hell.

1st Disk - Feature Film, and the Commentary with Chris Weitz and the Editor, Peter Lambert

2nd Disk - It has 128 minutes of extra footage. Including a 6 part documentary (65 mins) detailing Life After Twilight, Chris Weitz Takes the Helm, The Subtle Details, Time to Shine, Tricks of the Trade, and Ready For the World. Music Videos by, Death Cab for Cutie, Anya Marina, Muse, and Mute Math. Also, there are a Team Jacob vs. Team Edward exclusive, plus features Becoming Jacob (6 mins), Introducing the Wolf Pack (9 mins), Shooting in Italy (7 mins) and the Extended Scenes (29 mins). Wow, that is a LOT of extra footage. SO much more than Twilight gave us. I'm also hoping that Summit allows Chris to release his introductory booklet he made for the cast, because Chris wanted to release that for free to give to the fans for being so supportive and great. Awww, I love Chris! I'm going to go out of my mind with the hours of stuff we never got to see. No wonder New Moon was five hours long. I bet there’s more footage that just isn’t going to be released. I'm so excited to see the extended scenes and the deleted scenes. Mainly the deleted scenes, I'm Here If You Want To Talk, Victoria Driving and Jake Drives Bella Home. Oh, that the extended scene Jake in Bella Bedroom and where Carlisle stiches up Bella because we hardly got to see anything from Carlisle in New Moon. Woo! SO EXCITED!!! ECLIPSE COMPOSER ANNOUNCED!!!

YES!! Finally something "news" worthy. Eclipse’s composer has been announced and it's the wonderful Howard Shore. I'm so impressed because the saga is getting all of these big composers. First, the amazing Alexandre Desplat, who I am a massive fan of, and now Howard Shore! Howard has scored previous films such as Big, The Silence of the Lambs, Prelude to a Kiss, Mrs. Doubtfire, Philadelphia, Se7en, Analyse This, Panic Room, Lord of the Rings 1,2&3, Aviator, The Departed, Doubt and now Eclipse. He has got some MAJOR credits, and I’m very impressed with Summit and David Slade landing such a big Hollywood director. I was totally impressed by Alexandre Desplat, but then again after the films he had scored, it didn’t surprise me. So, I’m hoping that Howard Shore can bring it, because I wouldn’t want to deliver a mediocre score behind Alexandre’s amazingly emotional heartfelt score.

Taylor Birthday Cards

There is literally no Twilight news recently, so in order for fans to get their Twilight fill, there are only fun photo manipulations, fan made trailers etc. on websites . I found some of these hilarious; they are cards from Celbs addressed to Taylors for his 18th birthday. A little early, I know because Taylor’s birthday is about a month away, but still, it's going to be a massive event in the Twilight fandom. Meaning: No more underage cast members and he will be totally legal! Well, he is already legal in Australia, for almost 2 year now, but finally he will be in America! Woo. BTW, if you didn’t notice, these are totally fabricated, and aren’t real, just so you know. Enjoy!!!

Commentary for New Moon

I'm so disappointed right now. Just discovered that Kristen, Rob and Taylor won't be doing the DVD commentary. I was really looking forward to that to see them all together. The Twilight DVD commentary was pretty funny, so i was gonig to imagine that this would be the same, including Taylor and Chris (and Weitzs is hilarious). Now, it's just going to be the director, Chris Weitz, and editor, Peter Lambert. Oh well, that's better than nothing. Chris will be able to give us some serious inside infomation. Still disappointed, but i'll live.

The "gift" from David

Unfortunately, that "gift" that David Slade was planning was for the Twilight fans, BUT he said he tried but it just can't be done. So disappointed, but I’m sort of glad that he didn’t want to release footage when it wasn't at its best. Which I can totally understand, because you would want it to be up to standards before you release it to the fans. But, I’m just sad because there is hardly any information out there at all. Apart from the New Moon release date that was just announced. So desperate for information. Just a poster, please David!!!

New Moon DVD Official Date

Well, it's offical, New Moon will be coming out on the 20th of March, as tweeted by Summit on the offical Twilight twitter. That date doesn't suprise me, as poster in the UK were reporting that it was going to be released on the 21st of March. Also, Twilight was released that same date last year, and it seems that Summit is releasing things pretty much the same time they did with Twilight, including the Nov 21st release date for cinemas. So excited, but i'm disappointed i won't have it for my birthday! :( Oh well, i've got the commentary, deleted scene, and extended scenes to look forward to. :) Also, it's released on a Saturday, the same as the Twilight dvd. Well, i guess Borders are going to be having release parties again this year!! Yay!! Too bad i live in Australia, and nothing like that happens here. :(

Up in the Air Review

I know this isn't very Twilight related other than Anna Kendrick being in it, but I just got back from seeing "Up in the Air", and wow. It was great!! I loved everything about it; the music, the cinematography, the acting, the cast, the director Jason Reitman, EVERYTHING!! Although my mum, who went with me didn’t think much of it, I absolutely loved it!!! I seriously think it is going to be awarded many, many awards for its brilliance.

Firstly, Anna Kendrick. She is amazing. Stand out best performance in the film. I'm not just saying that because she was in Twilight, she was legitimately awesome. Her acting was fabulous. Her speech, her tone, her posture, her facial expression, her costume, everything she did was just outstanding. Anna is going to have a very long and fulfilling career ahead of her, and I seriously mean that. I can't get over her! With a bigger role than Twilight she really got to thrive as an actress and show everyone what she is really made off. No wonder she is nominated for best supporting actress, she seriously deserves it.

The screenplay was great too. It was funnier than I thought it would be. Additionally, it's not like that stupid kind of funny you see in films like “The 40 year old Virgin” or “Harold and Kumar”, it was very intellectually witty. Which I was surprised, because it was supposed to be a very heavy drama, but that humour was needed otherwise it would have been very dry. Plus, the ending rocked! Ryan didn’t get Alex, and he was left alone. I loved that because he has isolated himself from everyone and that is the consequences of his actions. I loved it because it's more true to life, not everything goes the way they were planed, and it didn’t have that stupid Hollywood cliché, cookie-cutter end, which just made everything more perfect. That's real life, and even though it was a movie, it made it seem real because not everybody has everything sorted out by the end of the film, and our lives aren’t always perfectly concluded, like a film.

The moral of the story was hard to overlook. That moral made “Up in the Air” so different from general romantic comedy, where the guy gets the girl and everyone lives happily ever after. Not many movies have an intention other than to entertain, and are just movie shoved with crude humour and aren’t supposed to teach us anything about how we are or how we live. This film did it perfectly without becoming too preachy. Essentially the message was people are the heaviest things in out lives, but they are also the most worth while, precious things to us, and that shouldn’t be taken for granted otherwise we will end up alone, old with nobody to care about us, just like Ryan was. Sad, but it's true. Loved it!

I don't want to ramble too much because this is my Twilight blog, but I just wanted to comment on the film because it was incredible. Not very often I come out of the cinemas totally in love with everything about the film, because even Avatar and New Moon I had some issue with. But this, no, everything was great. I honestly can't think of one criticism. Jason Reitman, you are seriously incredible. Thanks for making such an amazing film. I wanted to thank all of the people behind the film, the crew. Usually you don't hear must about them, because the big actors like George Clooney are getting all of the recognition, but just got to say, Well Done. You did a great job, plus I’m totally in LOVE with Anna Kendrick!! I thought I was before, but now I’m going to see every film that she is going to do because she is just a brilliant actor, and an amazingly funny, sincere and kind person.
